Great value. Easy installation, drain pump included. The only thing it didn’t come with was the water filter. Produces ice very fast.

Icemaker has been installed for three months. Performance is solid. Quickly produces a lot of ice. Only negative is you have to do a little breaking of ice sheets. I would purchase again.

I like everything about the ice maker except that it makes "sheets" of ice which i then have to hit with the scoop to break the sheet into individual ice cubes. That's why 4 stars instead of 5.

We just installed the Maxx Ice Freestanding Icemaker as a replacement. So far, so good. The ice produced is squares and they are solid. Love this shape. The Icemaker can get a little noisy when the water is deposited in the tray, but it does not bother me. I love having my icemaker!

For the money a great buy... makes great tasting ice fast, has a pump instead of a gravity drain so it can be hooked up like a dishwasher, we installed ours in the washroom attached to the wasroom sink drain. the icemaker is louder than we've had before and it makes sheets of ice cubes instead of individual cubes.

I was looking for an undercounter ice maker for long time. There used to be a Uline ice maker which wasn't quite impressive. I just needed functional ice maker. This was on Sam's sales day. I received the ice maker about 3 weeks ago, and switched the door opening. Installation was not too difficult. I just had to find the right fitting connector for the existing drain pipe. I also installed a water filter for this machine which I hope will help with the drain. The ice cubes are very clear and right sized. I am happy with the machine so far but I gave 4 stars because it is quite noisy. Other than the loud noise the ice maker is good.

Screw holding light in place was stripped.

Decent ice maker, but is loud when making ice. Also, the sheets of ice do not fall apart when they fall into the holding bucket. You need to break them up for individual cubes.
