I have been a Samsung fan for years, and did a good deal of research on this model, but it doesn't have accurate color, is very dark, and the sound is terrible. I have not yet tried to adjust the set myself, but I shouldn't have to - I never t ouched my prior Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many people swear by Oleds, but I swear by Samsungs Neo QLED tvs. It's the best of both worlds when it comes to blacks, brightness, reliability, and clarity. Also, this TV has built in gaming platforms including Xbox Game Pass which allows me to play countless games without a console. I played the entire Expedition 33 game on this and it was incredible. At one point I tried on my son's Xbox and found the TV to be more responsive which blew my mind. The refresh rate and resolution were absolutely incredible and the colors in that game made this TV worth every penny. I now own two of these.

Tried all of the available adjustments with limited improvements, especially peoples faces appear either too grainy or blurred. Would be interested if there are other options to pursue. The one positive is the anti-glare works very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Purchased this TV because it was reported to minimize side glare/reflections. It really improved from our older set. Color is also bright and hopefully will not suffer from burn-in as my OLED set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last month it has started to turn off immediately after I turn it on. I have to turn it back on sometimes up to 3 times. I wish I could have it go straight to ROKU when turning it on instead of to Samsung TV. Other than the turning off issue I am very satisfied with the picture quality.

The bezel is practically invisible from the front, so the picture looks like it takes up the whole wall. Colors are incredibly bright and vivid. It looks perfect in my room and gaming on it is amazing.

Able just to turn on the TV cast what I was doing the TV and never miss a beat. Whether on the internet or TV streaming. Quality of the picture is great.

I have it hooked to a soundbar so I can't comment on the sound of the tv speakers. I think the anti glare screen is a nice feature as I have other TVs that don't have it. I would buy it again.
