We have used this heater very few times and now it does not work. When I called the customer service # they said it needs a new burner and that it is $48 and $30 shipping. It has been covered and we live in Florida so no abuse to it. Now I found out my neighbor has the exact same model and problem. Must be a bad design or defect.

Great heater for the money. At full throttle this thing heats up about a 10 ft diameter no problem and has been a great addition for our outdoors entertaining space during colder weather. I can even see us using this during the summer on lower heat setting for a couple of my kids who are always cold. We are looking at getting another one, highly recommended.

Bought this a week ago and seems to work good. Easy to assemble but the blue protective coating is terrible to remove. I spent hours on it and trying to peel it from small sharp areas resulted in cutting my thumb open. There must be another way of protecting this, please consider!!

We kept this heater out of the weather and it was covered at all times. After one year the thermocouple quits working. Called number in user manual to order a new thermocouple. They do not sell thermocouple individually anymore and you have to purchase the whole burner unit. $35 for burner unit and $30 in shipping costs. New heater costs $125. It is amazing that we have become a throw away society because products are made so cheaply they don't last and parts are very expensive.

The only hard part of of the assembly was removing the blue covering on the stainless dome. The heater went together very easily. The push button startup was amazing, the thermocouple was heated up within seconds allowing the flame to be turned on high quickly. Through the years I have owned a few of this type but this is the first from Sam's Club and I am very impressed. It was delivered without any problem. The only issue that I incurred was the plastic retaining ring on top of the lighted table, it broke while installing the table over the shaft...no biggie. Very happy and have aready recommended this to other family members.

We absolutely love it. Now we have 2. This one with LED lite table is awesome & roomy.Great for placing drinks especially morning coffee. Rollers huge safety feature. Gives off alot of heat....great for decks.Would buy another just like this one. Thanks !

I wanted to extend our outdoor mornings and evenings as it gets colder in Minnesota. This heater does the trick and keeps us warm outside as temps have dropped. Assembly was required and it did have a few parts to put together and protection plastic to remove, but instructions were clear and it's firmly in place now. Great value.

Received the item. opened it up looks like it’s been used. The returns department with Sam’s Club online was the worst experience it took an hour and 40 minutes three different phone calls to get it returned. Buyer beware The heater that was sent to me looks like it’s been sitting in a Sam’s Club for months boxed up and then send it out.

We received this April 27, 2021. Fired it up once and haven't used it since. We covered it in October with a heater cover and have only now uncovered it to discover the LED table finish on the underside of the glass has deteriorated. This is a beautiful patio heater, but this should not have happened. I know it's a bit over a year ( the warranty) Is it possible to replace the table?

BEWARE: The base of this heater is not weighted (as stated) and one good wind will destroy it. I never got one use of this product before the wind toppled it over and destroyed to dome. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, I was told it would cost and they were out of stock. I left my number for them to call me back when it was back it stock. That was over 6 months ago. In reading other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue. And so is the poor customer service.
