very satisfied with patio heat lamp

Easy to assemble. Very good instructions. It said could be assembled in 30 minutes, I wouldn’t go that far but, the instructions are good and screws and parts are well labeled. The top of the lamp is covered in a blue plastic protective coating that has to be removed. It is very difficult to remove it. That was our only hang up but it was time consuming and frustrating. Overall I really think it is a great value

Short parts, damaged dome sections. Can't use..

Support is lousy... we bought 2 of these.. one missing the hardware kit and the other the sections of the dome had a crease in them. They all had the same pattern of dent and crease. I called the number that was in the manual and was told to go online and see if they had the parts in stock. If they did not have them then pretty much tough luck. I asked for a call back, nothing it's been 3 days. I was going to buy another at Sam's club, strip the parts I needed then take it back. Unfortunately they don't have any in stock.. So I am stuck with $260 worth of flawed product I cannot use. Oh but they'll tell you how important customer satisfaction is... crap. I can't wait for COSCO to open here. And to the company managing the warranty claims... get your act together whose brother in law owns that company? At least call people back.. This is ridiculous.
