The heater worked great when it worked. After owning the heater for 15 months, the thermocouple failed. This is the part that keeps the flame going once the control button is released. In central Texas, cold weather is short so heater usage was minimal. I would not have expected a failure this quick. Calling Customer Service also was not a pleasant experience. The service representative sounded irritated when called. I explained the problem and he stated the thermocouple fails every couple of years and requires replacement. If I wanted the part, it will cost $60 plus $30 for shipping. When I hesitated about placing the order, he became abrupt and stated, "Do you want the part or not?". When I placed the order, he abruptly hung up on me before I could ask his name. I will shop around for a more reliable heater in the future.

Yes, it's a great full-size patio heater as all the reviews have stated. But, during assembly I found that there were no washers provided for the neck to base and especially the top cover nuts and bolts. I felt more comfortable with the assembly once I purchased and installed these added washers. These should have been included. Other than that, I too like the heater and would recommend it to a friend with this caveat.

I bought this 8 weeks ago and yesterday got gas leaking from the regulator assembly. I tried to find a part number with no success. Should I return my heater to Sam’s club or can you ship me replacement parts? We really like the heater but must of gotten a defective vale /hose unit

I purchased two of these units and initially they functioned very well. After a using a couple of times they would not remain lighted. Worked on them and still could not get to remain on. Eventually had to tape the knob in the "start" position to keep on . Gave one away and will be throwing away the other. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!!!

Took a chance and bought this when on sale. This is nicer than I expected which makes one feel good when spending hard earned money. Went together without trouble as rather simple and straightforward. Just don't rush and fasten together correctly and you'll be done in less than an hour. On others complaint about the blue film being difficult to remove, I had no issue. Just pull slow and steady and it comes off fine. If you tear into it like a monkey into a cupcake you'll have issues. Very pleased with this purchase and it will see good use here in MN.

I have been waiting for months for this product to come back in stock and bought it right away when it did. The heater took about 20 minutes to assemble and the gas tank was very easy to put in. The tricky part was the blue film around it was very difficult to peel off. I cannot seem to get every piece of you from off. The adjustable LED table is a nice addition. I would definitely purchase this product again.

It is an ok patio heater. But the blue plastic is annoying. Whoever decided to put it on like it was adorned in super glue has issues! It took more time to get the blue plastic off than it did to put together. Oh, & tie it to something because it might blow over with the first gust of wind! I give 3 stars
