Only heats directly under the burner, but it works great at that. Product description did not include height. It's about 7-1/2' tall which is too tall for my porch.

I bought this heater. The regulator hose was not working. I tried to replace the hose but the cable is not a normal industry standard 3/8. I cant find a replacement hose anywhere

It’s just ok and does the job. Not a fan of the appearance in person. Looks cheaper than I expected. Doors are designed weird and are flimsy. Not sure if I’ll keep it.

We use it a few hours a night but really takes a lot of propane to run. Assembly wasn’t too bad. It was pain staking to remove the plastic film from the rolled edges. We go through about 2-3 tanks a week at $20 per refill.

It is the worst product I have ever purchased from Sam's. Worked about 3 times. It was a gift or I would have taken it back. To fix it costs as much as buying a new one.

Very cheap and flimsy. Took two hours to put together because holes don't line up and the thing is like tin foil. Cover it comes with dont even waste your time on.

I bought this heater before Thanksgiving this year, shipping was slow and the box arrived full of broken glass from what was supposed to be the LED table. The whole transaction has been disappointing. Definitely would not recommend.

I have seen several people state that the heater will tip over. If you have a propane tank inside it should not tip over. I have owned 20 of these and have even bought a Much larger 38 inch dome. None of mine have EVER tipped over even in a 40 mile an hour wind. Not putting the tank inside the heater is on you.

Yes, it's a great full-size patio heater as all the reviews have stated. But, during assembly I found that there were no washers provided for the neck to base and especially the top cover nuts and bolts. I felt more comfortable with the assembly once I purchased and installed these added washers. These should have been included. Other than that, I too like the heater and would recommend it to a friend with this caveat.

The heater worked great when it worked. After owning the heater for 15 months, the thermocouple failed. This is the part that keeps the flame going once the control button is released. In central Texas, cold weather is short so heater usage was minimal. I would not have expected a failure this quick. Calling Customer Service also was not a pleasant experience. The service representative sounded irritated when called. I explained the problem and he stated the thermocouple fails every couple of years and requires replacement. If I wanted the part, it will cost $60 plus $30 for shipping. When I hesitated about placing the order, he became abrupt and stated, "Do you want the part or not?". When I placed the order, he abruptly hung up on me before I could ask his name. I will shop around for a more reliable heater in the future.
