Poor construction

Poorly constructed, the wind blew it over, and it destroyed the top of it, it's not usable at all. we didn't even get to use it once before this happened

Do not buy...faulty ignition system!

Worker 3 times and now the heater will not ignite. After holding pilot light switch in for 30 seconds and letting go the heater does not stay lit. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

heater is trash

Only used once and it was a nightmare to turning that thing on after 5 person trying and 3 full propane tanks we make it work once, now one week later didn’t work at all we ended using my camp stove for warm up, very disappointing product

When it works, it's great

This worked great right out of the box. It puts out a great amount of heat. The problem is if you need a replacement part. The 1-800 number they give you is awful. No one ever answers or responds to any messages.

It does the job but way too silver and looks cheap

It’s just ok and does the job. Not a fan of the appearance in person. Looks cheaper than I expected. Doors are designed weird and are flimsy. Not sure if I’ll keep it.
