heater is trash

Only used once and it was a nightmare to turning that thing on after 5 person trying and 3 full propane tanks we make it work once, now one week later didn’t work at all we ended using my camp stove for warm up, very disappointing product

If that doesn't work you could have contacted the club where you purchased your heater for assistance. This product is not trash. It is one of the top rated patio heaters on the market and has been for years. Again, we are sorry you experienced problems with your heater.

Disappointed

Bought this heater a couple of weeks ago. Looks great. LED table looks and works great however the heater goes out after about 10 minutes. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.
