Very well marbled and were perfect for slow smoking. These are hard to find except for specialty butchers. I just asked a butcher at Sams and they were glad to go get them out of the back. Thank you!

I don't know everybody else experience but , I have been looking everywhere for these tye of ribs. They where meat EXTRA TENDER and worth every penny. I smoked them for 6hrs and 300 degrees unwrapped and they were AMAZING.

These are some of the best whole short ribs I have ever had. They fat is trimmed to already to a good thickness so you aren't playing extra for fat you have to trim off. They have a good amount of meat on them. I smoked them and they turned put excellent.

WOW. I purchased these for Holiday celebrations in November and December. Best purchase ever. Guests are blown away by how large they are. The amount of meat on them is astonishing. Two adult men can barely finish one rib! For over a month we have had constant BBQ. The canine is enjoy a steady stream of fresh bones. I had no idea meat of this quality was available to the public.

Great to be able to get full sized short ribs, great flavor and a great price. Will be getting more in the future.

We love these beef "dino" ribs. They are awesome - so meaty and delicious. I cook them on my Kamado Joe smoker. Can't wait to buy them again. Yum.

Found it online, went to my local club, asked a question and was rewarded. They're not on the floor with the rest of the beef, what's on the floor is the thin sliced short ribs, which they slice from this larger piece. If you ask, you can buy the whole rack, which if slow cooked is amazing.

Sam's beef short ribs are the best I have seen, and about half the price. Intramuscular fat is INSANE in these. For the people who say they are too fatty, I would suggest that you watch some YouTube videos on how to cook/smoke these. I wish I could get them at my local store as needed...they are hard to come by. They show online, but have had my order cancelled multiple times because they were out of stock!

I always use to buy this short ribs from Sam's and enjoyed a lot. Now that the meat department doesn't cut it into strips I refuse to buy it anymore . When I call the Corporate Office they informed me that the meat department supposed to honor your request.

Was excited about smoking these. There was so much fat in the ribs I did not eat them. Would love to try again but need to look at them before buying to see how much fat is there.
