I have operated the dryer for over 9 months. Suddenly the normal dying cycle would not dry. Contacted LG via internet (this was VERY tiome consuming - finally got a himan being that solved the prtoblem in 30 seconds!)

We love this large capacity dryer. It's very quiet and easy to learn options. The only issue I have is (and this could be an operator issue), when I select "normal" dry function, there is no heat. I've been using another function and it works fine.

This is one of the best dryers I’ve ever purchased. Smart technology won’t let you forget your clothes in the dryer to get wrinkled. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new dryer.
