Still figuring out what works best for my items. Large blankets come out slightly damp and often need a manual setting. The steam option worked great on my curtains and table cloths; no wrinkles. Most clothing dries as it should.

When my dryer stopped working i was so upset. But LG Customer Service Was so helpful they guided me on what to do and together we figured out what the issue was. Thank you LG for being so helpful and for guiding me with such patience and care!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit has really nice features, the unit even told me that I had an obstruction in the vent tube. The pedestal makes the unit very easy to load/unload.

I love having a new LG Washer and Dryer again. I had to give my last pair away when I moved to Germany. I would really like it if their was more flexibility to the settings for each type of Dryer and Washer setting.
