The dryer stops half way through any cycle giving a dirty lint filter error. I have cleaned the whole exhaust line and no issues with dust or lint there. I have to trick the programs and dry for a long time to get it to dry properly each time. So much for technology. I will be returning this soon.

It was a great choice, and I was very satisfied with the design and function. It was super fast and dried perfectly. I strongly recommend it to people who are thinking about buying this product or not.

I'm mostly happy with this product. because I'm blind, I love that I can use the app to help me select the cycle I need. However, I wish the Remote Start button was as easy to find on the dryer as it is on the washer. Also, a couple of the dryer's features aren't working properly. The normal cycle doesn't run rthe length of time indicated by the app, and when it's through it makes a sound that sounds like an error signal, although the app doesn't indicate any problems. Also, the timed dry feature isn't working right either. The dryer just runs for a short while, no matter how much time it's actually set to run. and the timed dry is impossible to set up in the app, which is the way I need to do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In simple words, I love this dryer! It has a lot of versatile features. Keeping track of what's happening with the ThinQ app is great and works flawlessly. The only thing that has been a problem is with a small load of mostly synthetic materials some of them come out still damp at the end of a sensor cycle. 5-10 minutes done on a manual cycle usually gets those few things dry. One little bit of advice on placement - the washer door opens to the left, the dryer door to the right (but can be switched). If possible, place the dryer to the right of the washer for easy transfer of your load.

Bought this as part of a washer/dryer pair to replace a 4 year old LG all-in-one washer/dryer combo unit whose drain pump was replaced 3 times. We finally gave up and bought these units. If they prove to be durable and dependable then they will earn my unqualified recommendation as they are quiet, fast, wash & dry really well, and have great features. Just a bit skittish given our past experience with an LG product..
