There is a lot of pre-set settings, but we often just make our own settings. It's quiet, no vibration noise, load capacity very well suited for our family of three. There's many features we have yet to try (bells and whistles) like the Wi-Fi connection and steam setting. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not familiar with “steam drying” concept, but it seemed to make sense. Many clothes irons contain a “steam” option. This dryer incorporates steam into the drying cycle to give clothing a lift while hot air performs its function. The concept works. Clothes are measly wrinkle-free at the completion of all cycles that incorporate steam into the drying chamber. I like this dryer so much I’m investigating purchase of a front loading washer as a companion. The dryer itself has a completely flat surface top for folding clothes. It is quiet. My swapped out dryer was loud and sometimes ineffective at tumbling and drying clothes. I therefore rate this dryer “FIVE STARS” and am happy to so recognize its performance. I think the engineers at LG were “on the ball.” Buy this product with confidence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new LG dryer a month ago and we are very happy with it. It is very easy to operate and drys the clothes very quickly. I love that it's a smart dryer so I can see on my phone when the load is done.

I bought this a before labor day (9/3) directly from LG. If you dont have time to wait, I dont recommend that route. The delivery date was stated 9/20. However, that is the delivery date to a third party that will deliver it to you house. Very misleading! I had to wait an additional 2 weeks (10/11) to receive my new appliances. I have now had this dryer for a bit. I am very pleased. The dryer itself is great. It has an abundance of features. Like Wi-fi it is neat that i can get a notification that my cloths are dry.

Only one setting sort of works. I have to wash a (small) load every on the bedding setting .Even then it will show 7 minutes of drying time and a few minutes later it will show 19 minutes left. Soon after it will show 36 minutes. It takes half a day to dry a load of clothes. Towels and sheets end up being damp and I have to hang them to dry. If I try the heavy duty or normal cycle the dryer will run a few minutes, then stop, showing the d95 code. The dryer was installed correctly, the metallic ductwork is not bent or too long and the vent has been cleaned and is lint-free. Would not buy this product again.

Still new to us but we use it almost daily. As I wrote before, the Wi-Fi feature seems more gimmicky than practical. I am also finding it difficult to input changes that I want. Have to go back and study the manual. Not finding it terribly user friendly so far but that may be just me.

I have had this dryer for 3 weeks now and it works really good. There are lots of setting, but it was a little difficult to connect to to the app. I had to reach out to support and they were able to help me. I’m still learning all the functions and options that come with the app. I’m sure I’ll like it even more once I really learn what all it can do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice and sleek dryer. Has lots of features and super easy push button start and setting indicators. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a door issue. When I received my first dryer of this model, the door would not close and it would not start, so I requested a replacement. It was replaced but had a similar issue. We figured out the issue was the screws on the door hinges were not tight enough, and the door sensor did not kick on. Once that was fixed though, have not had any problems since.
