Also, did you hire someone to specifically drive buyers crazy with the complicated owner's manual

My one problem is some items do not dry completely and I have to put them back in to dry. I am not sure if the door latch will hold up. It does not seem to be as durable as past dryers.

I bought this 1 year ago and have little to no complaints so far. It efficiently and effectively dries all of our clothes, towels, bed sheets, etc. The only issue with it so far is that sometimes items will far towards the lint trap and block it, resulting in an error code being displayed and stopping the dryer, but that only happens occasionally.

Very easy to use but the thing I like the most is how quite these are you can not hear them running at all.It does dry hotter on low than the old dryer. I do like the WiFi and LG app which sends a notification to my Phone when the cycles complete. Really love the functionality especially if I get busy in other room of the house. The controls can be greatly simplified! If you need to freshen up a piece of clothing just use the steam function. I’m so happy with my new dryer paired with the washer that is amazing too.

It has all the features I want especially all the steam features which my previous dryer didn't have. It's so easy to use, runs quiet, and handles any size of loads even large bulky comforters, pillows, etc. Clothes get dry in one cycle which is a huge energy and time saver. This hands down is the best dryer I've ever owned! I've already recommended it to several friends who are in the market for a new dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer along with the washer about a month ago. Very easy to use and does a great job on our clothes. The one drawback I have found is that I wish the steam option on the dryer did a better job at getting the wrinkles out of clothes. Other than that, I am very happy with our purchase!

The store did say upon purchase that they couldn’t install the Gas Dryer due to the fact it was Propane Gas and they don’t connect to propane. That I would need to contact my gas provider for hook up. However, my gas company and TB Webber refused to do the job because fear of being sued and voiding warranty. Because actually it not just installing it. The actually Dryer has to be converted to use propane. So I had to by the conversion kit, the machine has to be opened up and it placed inside to convert it before it can be installed. All plumbers and appliance companies don’t do this. This needs to be explained to customers with PROPANE Gas!!!! But now that it’s successfully installed I love it, so quiet and easy to use! However, had to give it a 3 because of nightmare of installation

We got the new dryer and it has been so good, I don't have to guess if my clothes are actually dry or just damp dry. We are in the process of getting the washing machine to go along with it so I'm looking forward to cleaner and drier clothes

I'm mostly happy with this product. because I'm blind, I love that I can use the app to help me select the cycle I need. However, I wish the Remote Start button was as easy to find on the dryer as it is on the washer. Also, a couple of the dryer's features aren't working properly. The normal cycle doesn't run rthe length of time indicated by the app, and when it's through it makes a sound that sounds like an error signal, although the app doesn't indicate any problems. Also, the timed dry feature isn't working right either. The dryer just runs for a short while, no matter how much time it's actually set to run. and the timed dry is impossible to set up in the app, which is the way I need to do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice and sleek dryer. Has lots of features and super easy push button start and setting indicators. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a door issue. When I received my first dryer of this model, the door would not close and it would not start, so I requested a replacement. It was replaced but had a similar issue. We figured out the issue was the screws on the door hinges were not tight enough, and the door sensor did not kick on. Once that was fixed though, have not had any problems since.
