Within the first two years, we have had to replace the control panel after the door sensor stopped working, as well as replacing all 3 of the "fins" inside the dryer after they broke off. They're held on by two screws in flimsy plastic holes. I can't say I'll be buying an LG product again.

This dryer looks nice and has satisfying controls, but the dryer sensor doesn't work and it cuts off before completely drying a load. So instead of nice clean laundry, we have to contend with damp, mildewy surprise. It shouldn't be that hard to create a dryer that actually dries clothes.

I love that the dryer and washer talk to each other so that I don’t have to input the dryer settings. The app is also user friendly. It dries in half the time of my previous dryer and notifies me on my phone and watch when the cycle is finished, so that my laundry doesn’t sit in the dryer. It also has a wrinkle care setting in case I can’t get to the dryer immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't get any of my loads to dry well. It takes multiple dries to dry clothes and still some are dry and some damp still. Sheets as well as towels loads all tangle in each other, making it very hard to separate, very wrinkled, and not well dried. I have not been impressed with this dryer and regret my purchase decision. Steam settings leave my clothes very wet after the drying cycle is "done." It does have a lot of cool potential features if it were to work properly.

If I could rate this a 0, I would. Got A BRAND NEW one and BRAND NEW duct/coil setup and have done Everything possible to try and get this junk working. It hasn't and won't run a load without erroring out on something that isn't an issue. PLEASE listen to me when I say stay FAR away from LG Dryers. And if you don't believe me then research it yourself. So many people are having the same issues. It's the WORST purchase I've ever made..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the options on this dryer. The flow sensor is very sensitive, but accurate. However, I wish the metal frame was stronger. It has already been dented on top when I got on top to look at the back. I only weigh about 100#. I was able to do this with my old dryer without any damage. One of the main reasons I bought this was because it had the shallowest depth for our laundry closet, but the door juts out so we cannot fit it in the closet and shut the doors.

The speed dry is fast and I love the wrinkle care option. Keep clothes from getting wrinkled if you can’t immediately remove things from the dryer when they are finished. He told me LG has the best performance record. I like the height- easy to fold clothes on top of it. It has a large capacity and many dry cycles for all types of clothing. I have used the steam feature once and have yet to use the WiFi feature.

The functionality is also great – it's got amazing features and I swear it's making my clothes softer and smell fresher than our old machine. Each cycle is much faster than our old machine too, even for large loads and bedding/towels! I love the option to automatically stop the cycle when clothes are damp to hang dry, and I even surprised myself by enjoying the steam function and steam refreshing our bed covers, and some non-washable blankets and pillows from our couch. I literally evangelize about this machine to people, and even though I've had it for just under a month, I think I've done about 100 loads of laundry because I'm just so excited about it (being an adult is weird).
