Doesn’t dry well using sensor. Lint trap keeps popping up allowing clothes to get caught and then rip. I would not recommend. LG has been to my house 4 times going on 5. Once for the dryer and going on 4th time for the accompanying washer. Which is complete trash unless you like leaks in your floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am not as happy with the dryer as with my new washer, there are a lot of cycle settings, but it seems that most could use to be longer for a full dry , also i have had a problem with my sheets...i think there may be a burr or rough spot causing my sheets to have lots of pull marks...i do like how quiet the machine is!

White was right and the door size and swing was ideal. The installation was quick and the installers did a great job. It runs and dries perfectly and we couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.

I'm very unhappy. In fact, I'm going to call Discover tomorrow and see if I can get this machine taken out of my house. I have to run the dryer through 2 cycles to get my clothes dry and then sometimes they are still damp. The company I purchased it at has been here 4 times. I'm done!

After a particularly bad experience with a gas dryer from a domestic (U.S.) manufacturer who claimed its product was, "dependable from day one," my new replacement gas dryer was a pleasant surprise. My previous dryer would not ignite, and after visits from five individual service technicians (none of whom were able to correct the issue), I finally gave up and purchased a new LG gas dryer. My initial impression is that it successfully ignites when heat is called for, it is quiet, and efficient. The controls are easy to understand and closely match those of my matching new LG front loading washer. It begins and ends its cycles with a cheery little tune that brings a smile to my face every time!

"Command Central" as my wife refers to the controls on the dryer and washer. She stacked the units and unfortunately with my disabilities unable to reach the dryer on top controls. Frustrating. May save water based on a decrease in water bill. Very, very quiet running both dryer and washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these appliances and they were delivered much later than I had anticipated, as they were "in stock!" however, that did not influence the review. 1) The controls are on the front and when you turn it on, the options are not back-lit. So I have to put my glasses on and bend over to see what the options are. 2) A good thing, it is high capacity and does a great job drying. 3) Since the controls are on the front, it does not have a console in the back that used to keep clothes from falling back behind the dryer. Granted, every once in a while, you be missing a sock. 4) On top of having not console, having the gas dryer, you need enough room to accommodate the gas line and the vent hose. In my case, it is 11"!!

I replaced my 16 year old LG dryer a month ago. I love the LG brand and my new dryer hasn't let me down. It has the same wonderful features and high quality as my old LG. Efficient, quite, large capacity, settings for every need and has a beautiful appearance. I couldn't be happier!
