[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this wash tower 2 months ago and glad we did. The unit out performs all other wash tower competitors. The unit fits perfectly in a standard closet application. The unit is easily maintained and a quick wipe down of the washer door after a wash keeps the unit fresh.

This unit was installed just before Christmas. It has met all of our performance expectations. It is actually an attractive unit in shiny black. Both the washer and dryer run quietly. Control panel is clear and easy to use. Install readiness was a challenge and documentation about its actual size with venting was unclear. Once in, we needed to make additional adjustments.

When I went to replace the washer and dryer the newer ones were larger and didn't fit my area for the units. The salesperson suggested the LG Thin unit and I am so glad he did. This unit is not only attractive but it's a perfect fit for slimmer areas. The new technology places the control panel in the middle between the washer and dryer. That's also perfect because the other stackable units have the controls too high up for me. This beautiful unit is very quiet. The cleaning results are amazing. Appreciate the fact that you can download the app and can turn the unit on with your phone.

It leaked! You expect people to get on the floor to drain the wash tub? The hose is too short and you need to be on your hands and knees to do this? This is the best you can do? What engineers dreamed that up? Pregnant women, older adults, disabled are expected to get a low pan, get on the floor, drain it with a short hose? What were you thinking? I’m so irritated, I sent it back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like many of the features the washtower offers but it's taking a while to be accustomed to a smart machine. Previously we turned to dials and that was it. Now computer skills seem necessary. We do like it's full size which fit into the designated laundry closet. We wish we had more temperature control over the drying phases. Still trying to work out how to use the steam features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Wash Tower 2 a few weeks ago and am so in love. It fits so well in to the laundry closet that held my previous stackable unit. It’s not much bigger overall but the tubs are so much bigger. I can easily wash my king bedsheets, king blankets, I can wash multiple small blankets together, it’s wonderful! It’s the little things I didn’t know I was missing before. And I never thought I’d set it up to WiFi and use the app, but I did out of curiosity and I LOVE IT! I get an alert to my watch when the laundry is done, I can check to see how much time is left, and everything. It runs so quietly that I often question if I ever turned it on, so I can check the app and see that I did. My old unit was loud and obnoxious. The Wash Tower is a dream and grants my wishes every day. It’s actually a relief and a huge joy to have a washer & dryer this nice. And the warranty is great! I did a ton of research online before buying, including Consumer Reports. LG always came out on top and now that I finally own an LG appliance, I agree and I’m sold!

As a mom to a pre-teen girl who plays sports and a contractor husband, we constantly have laundry. We don’t just have laundry either. We have stained, muddy, greasy, and stinky laundry. THIS IS HANDS-DOWN THE BEST WASHER AND DRYER I HAVE EVER OWNED. We do roughly 10-12 loads a week and I have not been disappointed yet. I was a bit leery about purchasing LG, but after a house fire, we needed all new appliances including washer and dryers. We did our research and just kept coming back to this unit for size, price, look, and features. Upon installing it, I realized we’ve been missing out in life. The front load cleans like a charm and does not have that old stinky musty smell like other front loaders. I see that the rubber piece around the door actually has built in holes and I think the washer actually washes it in the cycle. The LED light is a huge plus for me too because we placed this as a built in to a small closet under our stairs, but in our bedroom so I can do a load while the husband is asleep and I don’t have to turn the closet or room lights on. I’m obsessed! All this talk about the washer and I haven’t even mentioned the dryer. I have never had a dryer that has dried my clothing or kept my clothing smelling this good. We’ve had all the big brands before and honestly, this one really works! The wrinkle function is keys to keeping my husbands tshirt collection looking awesome. Bravo LG! We purchased 2 units. One for our bedroom and one for our up stairs closet for our daughter to do her own laundry. Waiting for the husband to install that one, but for now, we’ve been using this for roughly 10 weeks and have been super happy!

I wanted to buy a machine that was water and energy efficient because I run off of rainwater and limited electrical supply. I wanted full size but wanted some way of saving space.I had been using a top loader stacked laundry center. It used up my water supply quickly. After researching front loaders I had read that front loaders don't clean the clothes as well, they're noisy, but they were water efficient. I was afraid there would be a lot of vibrations from the super fast spinning cycle I had read about. I had some doubts. Since buying the LG wash Tower I am extremely happy with the outcome. I use far less water, and the clothes come out extremely clean I really like all the features that it comes with and the machine is half as noisy as my old laundry center. I bought the gas version and converted it to propane. It all works perfectly . Very very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer died a month ago, and it couldn’t have happened at a better time. The wash tower caught my eye. The controls are reachable for both the washer and dryer. Cycles are shorter, quick wash is only 15 minutes. Super quiet, I love it!
