The LG washtower replaced an 18 year old unit. Night and day! I anticipate saving electricity and gas with a smart appliance such as this one.

Fantastic wsaher/drier tower unit. Clothes smell amazingly clean. Wash/dry options are perfect. Ease of use is amazing. We love this unit.

It leaked! You expect people to get on the floor to drain the wash tub? The hose is too short and you need to be on your hands and knees to do this? This is the best you can do? What engineers dreamed that up? Pregnant women, older adults, disabled are expected to get a low pan, get on the floor, drain it with a short hose? What were you thinking? I’m so irritated, I sent it back.

Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this machine.  The only thing that could be approved is the mechanism for draining the water at the bottom of the machine.  I don't have enough room for a pedestal and I literally have to get on my hand and knees to drain the water.
