[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had ours for 6 weeks now and are amazed at the thorough cleaning and energy efficiency for both the washer and dryer. So many options, depending on the type of fabrics and type of washing they need. Everything comes out so clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best washer/dryer tower setup I've ever had! Located in our garage, it has a much smaller footprint that side by sides, takes less time for each function and easy to load/unload. The delivery people were awesome, did not rush and explained the basics after installation. If you would benefit with a tower arrangement I really recommend this LG unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my new washer & dryer tower due to wanting more room in the closet they were in. I gotta say this washer & dryer one unit appliance is absolutely amazing. It’s from the ThinQ brand of LG appliances and it’s very slim. I now have so much room in this closet that I was able to build a counter & cabinets up top. I highly recommend this appliance as it has a lot of great features. LG is a brand I highly trust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing! Just stepped up and pressed some buttons, machine runs itself. Connects to internet in seconds, Amazing how much space it saves and yet washes and dries big loads faster than my older machines. Bonus is that it's beautiful to look at. Very happy!

These are my first LGs and I am absolutely loving them!!! The standard stackable units end up with the dryer controls way over my head. Having both the washer and dryer control located in the middle of the unit is the perfect solution for those of us who are height challenged.

Took a bit of getting used to electronic controls - previous machines were 18 years old! Just the right size to fit into our narrow space. Cannot use high spin on delicate cycle which leaves my delicate cycle towels (yes they require it!) a bit too wet.

I replaced a 12 year old stacked Frigidaire unit with this wash tower and have no regrets. I chose this unit because it had the shortest depth and largest capacity for my small closet alcove. But the feature that really sold me was the fact I could now comfortably reach all the controls without getting on tip toes! I also didn’t think I would care much about the smart features but I like getting reminders on my watch when a load is done. I’ve owned 3 front load stacked units and I always feel like I’m making a compromise because I need to have space saving features at the expense of smaller capacity and the very likely a chance of getting the musty smell problem typical of many front load washers. This LG wash tower doesn’t make me feel like I’ve compromised. I’ve had the unit for 15 months and it works great and I don’t have any musty smells. As long as you let the wash tub air out after a load and periodically remove the dispenser to dry it out, this unit (and most later model front loads) should serve you well. I have a stacked Maytag unit in my back guest house that is about 4 years old and even though it has a slightly larger capacity, I think it takes longer to complete a load compared to this LG. Overall, I’m very happy with the LG unit and if it can go at least 2-3 years without me calling a repair genie, I am likely to purchase again. My old Frigidaire stacked unit always had to be repaired so I hope this LG can stand up over time. For a house we will be remodeling soon, I was originally designing for a laundry room to fit a traditional side by side set. But after having this LG wash tower, now I’m hoping to install two of these tower units side by side instead so we can double the laundry capacity in the new house. Thank you LG for designing a great product for us shorter people!

The family has used this unit a few times throughout the past few weeks and we love it so far. The spin wash cycles are quick and the dryer gets the job done with the specified settings. Coming from another brand, the LG washer/dryer combo is much more efficient at getting the job done in a smaller form factor. The only reason for giving the combo unit a 4/5 star rating is the WiFi setup and app are a little clunky to use for multiple users, and it would be nice to have more customization for phone push notifications. The WiFi options are also a bit limited, but most of the time someone is at home anyway to check up on the unit. Another ding for the score is the dryer gasket tends to attract a lot of lint, so after every use, the lint collection net, the gasket, and the floor of the unit needs to be cleaned up a bit before putting the next load in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing cleaning, fast, quick drying, and pretty! I love it's size and the ability to wash and dry my king size bedding! It keeps up with laundry from our four foster kiddos (all girls!!) and life in general. It's intuitive and easy to use. Love this machine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This single stacked laundry unit is awesome! It fit is a small laundry room perfectly and looks great. It performs very well and is very quiet which is a huge plus as the unit is right next to our kitchen . Controls are very straight forward and we love the fact the drier knows what we washed and automatically selects the proper setting, super convenient.
