[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't planning to buy a new washer and dryer, BUT I really needed more space in my laundry room. My new 'tower' gives me more laundry folding space plus a new crafting area when not folding. It is quiet, easy to use and it looks great too! Everyone I've spoken to that know's someone who bought one, says they love it!!! LG makes good products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I chose the washtower! My clothes smell so good after washing and there are so many cycles to choose from to keep my clothes in great condition. I have a small laundry room and it saves so much space! I am still learning to use the app. I wish it was a little more user friendly but I am figuring it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this product and am very happy that I did! It works well, looks great and is much quieter than my previous washer/dryer. I love how I can leave it open a crack (magnet keeps it in position) in order to let it dry out inside, to prevent and mold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our laundry center was installed about twelve days ago. Our first four or five loads washed and dried perfectly but then the dryer would not heat up which was rather disappointing. But the good news is LG's online chat determined that we needed a service call and they scheduled it for us within two business days with a local repair service. The repairman arrived on time and was competent and efficient. He replaced a defective igniter with a brand new one and had us up and running within an hour. It works perfectly again. We love how it looks, how it cleans and dries and that it is so very quiet. We're very happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have tight space & this is perfect, did regular loads, blankets, bath mats, bedding, winter jacket+snow suit, used turbo wash - haven't tried steam in dryer yet. Great capacity in both washer & dryer, so quiet, easy setting choices, uses considerably less water, even like the app that tells me load is finished.

It's a great combo does a great job works well the only down part is the actual manufacture craftsmanship as they rust and in some case cause problems with access to utilities of the washer but I will not blame that on the machine as it continues to work I will just blame it on LG for their lack of foresight

Fit my existing Landry space. It is not quite and there are lots of water remaining inside the washer after used. I drain it and open the door for hours to prevent mold. One control panel for both washer and dryer means when one broke, both needs to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this for my 70th!! What a great guy! I will never again have to travel to the laundromat for oversized bedding! It cleans all kinds of loads beautifully and no complaints from him about noise! We liked it so much that we have bought another set for a small little second home we have to escape winters. Thank you, LG Electronics!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG Laundry tower about a month ago and I couldn't be happier with it. The tower was placed in my bedroom closet and it fit perfectly upon converting half of the closet for the tower. I love all of the features especially the steam cleaning and sanitizing functions. The app makes doing laundry easier than ever.
