Very pleased with the Washtower. Cleans very well. Clothes come out of dryer dry and soft. Very quiet. Directions on choosing right temp setting a little challenging at first but no mishaps yet. There are online videos which can be helpful. Very happy with our LG air conditioners and glad this purchase was also a good one. The unit is beautiful too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the solenoids for water flow were a little more dampened, they're very abrupt and cause some "water hammer" effect. Also, it was bit a of bear to get delivered/installed--by LG's delivery people! They pretended not to know how to unstack the unit and it took a cash bribe to get them to do the considerable work to get it installed in my condo. Final issue is the app/notifications are sometimes kinda stupid. Every 30-40 cycles it asks me if my hoses are hooked up properly, for example. Otherwise, it does a great job!

When you use the different wash settings you just pop the clothes into the dryer and it already knows what settings you need. Also does a beautiful job on bedding.

I bought my wash tower when I first started the reconstruction of my home. It fit perfectly into my laundry room and I had heard great reports about LG. My daughters encouraged my purchase and when I started using it, I was just as pleased with all of its many functions. When I gifted my daughter and son-in-law with a new pantry, our first purchase was a LG wash tower for it. She had fallen in love with mine. Now her husband and son, who do their own laundry, love the wash tower as much as we do. It is easy to load. Set for the fnstion wanted and quickly completes its task.. So we are now a happy family with 2 LG wash towers!

This really is the Goldilocks of laundry centers. Small package but capacity of larger units. I would not hesitate to buy again or recommend.

When I went to replace the washer and dryer the newer ones were larger and didn't fit my area for the units. The salesperson suggested the LG Thin unit and I am so glad he did. This unit is not only attractive but it's a perfect fit for slimmer areas. The new technology places the control panel in the middle between the washer and dryer. That's also perfect because the other stackable units have the controls too high up for me. This beautiful unit is very quiet. The cleaning results are amazing. Appreciate the fact that you can download the app and can turn the unit on with your phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Desperately wanted laundry on first floor, but there wasn't a lot of room. This was a perfect solution to put laundry in the master ensuite! It is a bit loud when running (we can hear it in the livingroom), but it's worth the convenience. The tones are loud enough to hear through the house to know when to change loads.

We have had our Washtower installed for a little over a month. We decided to switch to this unit as our laundry area is pretty small & this fits perfectly. We are very pleased with the performance, I actually like the fact that the cycles are shorter than my previous washer & dryer, while still doing a good job of cleaning. We installed ourselves and it went quite easily.

I got my LG Washer tower few weeks ago and love how it fits so well in my small laundry room. I am only 4'11" so the control panel in the center of the unit is extremely convenient for me. The steam function is new to me but I love how it makes my clothes smell so clean.

I purchased an LG washer/dryer on the 4 January 2023. The appliance was delivered and installed in my place on the same day by the seller. I reviewed the user manual of the washer/dryer before starting to use it to familiarize my self with its features. And have been using it since then. The LG washer/dryer performed very well in comparison to my old washer/dryer. The new appliance has very nice features including the ability to connect to the WI-FI and remotely communicate with it to perform certain actions. So far, I am pleased with it and satisfied with the purchase. Once I have further development I will update this review.
