[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 2024 version of the same TV in which the power control board burned out ~16 months after purchase and a few months after the warranty expired. Unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, this model developed this problem. Based primarily upon price and satisfaction with the original unit until the time of failure, I purchased the new version where the problem was addressed. I have been very satisfied: picture quality was always good, but now improved; Smart features upgraded and work much better; minor sound issues also addressed. With the purchase, I did get an extended warranty, so I am confident I will enjoy my TV for the foreseeable future.

The most important thing for me is the gaming mode, this is where the brightness and contrast shine, the refresh rate speed is great for online gaming. The viewing angles and the display quality this tv is superior to its competitors. I spent more than 2 hours in the store viewing 4 different brands before I chose the samsung. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is great though it does have some technical issues. Pictures are clear and brisk. Sound goes out occasionally and I have to reset. Remote sometimes freezes. The settings are easy to work with but the TV can be stubborn.

I can say with certainty that the picture quality of this Samsung exceeds the picture on our two other Samsung televisions.
