Hmmm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have my firestick connected to this tv. It is unable to open the firestick upon turning on… I have to go to connected devices which is not what I want to do every time I turn on my TV. In addition, when I turn it off it also turns off my other Samsung tv…

New TV new escape
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has an amazing resolution. I did not buyout specifically for gaming but just your everyday TV streaming services. The picture is so incredible. I would buy this TV for every room in my house.
Difficult to navigate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if my issue is with the tv itself or my streaming app. I watch only 2 channels. It's takes 5 min just to get to that channel. There are so many junk apps on the tv. I would like to just go back to cable but it's so expensive
Hi, Thank you for your review. While your U8000F TV may currently default to Samsung TV Plus when powered on, you can customize what your TV does at startup by adjusting the Start Screen Options. To do this, navigate to: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > Start Screen Option and choose from the following: 1. Start with Smart Hub Home – Automatically launches Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. You can enable or disable this option based on your preference. 2. Autorun Multi View Casting – If you cast YouTube content from your mobile device, the TV will automatically display the content using Multi View. 3. Autorun Multi View Mirroring – When you screen mirror your mobile device, Multi View will automatically open to show your device’s screen. If you need help adjusting these settings or have any other questions, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun. LiveChat agents are also available by clicking on the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor
Nothing but Samsungs over here
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't buy anything but Samsung when it comes to TVs. They are engineered for reliability. When comparing other brands in the store, side by side, it's easy to see the sharpness, the clarity, the resolution, brightness of Samsung wins out over rivals every time. At home I have five Samsung TVs: one in our dining room, our living room, and our 3 bedrooms. At the church I pastor we have two 85" Samsungs in our sanctuary, and i have 2 in my office, and one in our conference room. When I'm able I'll add two in our foyer and one in our hallway.

Hi TerryWayne, Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity. If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue: Signal & Setup Tips: 1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router. Power Cycle Devices: 3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully. Connection Type: 4. Evaluate your connection method – o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions. o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable. o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device. Run Built-In Diagnostic Tools: 5. Network Test: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test 6. Wi-Fi Check: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi Last Resort: 7. Perform a Factory Reset (if issues persist): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Note that this will return all settings to their original defaults. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please reach out to Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun. My TV upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this new 50" Samsung TV to upgrade from my 32" Samsung from 2009! My good old TV still works, but I just wanted something bigger and prettier. All my digital movies are looking like brand new movies. I'm still learning about all the apps and games and endless activities I can do, but overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase!
Samsung OLED - great buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung 55 inchTV has the best resolution of all TVs I've ever owned I'm working on improving the refresh rate on the TV based off of the Wi-Fi that's currently in my house I'm certain that if I hardwired the television it would be flawless The viewing angles are great as we have this TV mounted and brightness and contrast are adaptable to the lighting in the house
surprise visitpor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been happy with almost every aspect of this TV.. However a spider got in somehow and crawled across the screen FOR DAYS. When I went on line I found several others with bugs on screen.. There is no real fix you just have to wait for them to shrivel up and drop...or not.. ours is still visible and annoying. There is a flaw in your manufacturing that allows an entrance.
SAMSUNG X2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I retired 5 years ago and purchased a new TV for my new apartment. I looked at them all on many showroom floors before finally deciding on a 60 inch Samsung. Why Samsung? Well, it had the best picture, was easy to operate, and was the best value for the money. I love this TV and still have it, however, for Christmas on December 2025, my family purchased another Samsung almost identical to the one I had. The second TV was installed in my bedroom. I am 75 years old and have a few health issues. Having this second TV guaranteed me I would never miss a program. My new TV is just as wonderful as the first Samsung I bought. It has a few more frills than my first TV from Samsung but the great picture is the same. I think this last TV that my family surprised me with is probably the best gift I will ever receive in my lifetime. My grandson loaded the TV up with access to many networks,Netflix, Roku, peacock,Samsung Plus, Prime Video, and Tubi. I have more channels to choose from for my viewing pleasure. I think Samsung is truly the best TV on the market and I wish everyone had one in their homes to enjoy.
