Great features - easy setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great addition to our household TVs. Hung this TV on the wall, plugged it in and it was good to go. It automatically connected to my preferred network, updated itself and we were watching streaming shows almost immediately. Apps were easy to find and install and even setting up the homescreen was as easy as could be. Absolutely love this TV and will likely buy another TV sometime later this year. The picture quality is tops! Bright and crisp. This all being done wirelessly. The only wire coming out of the TV is the power cord. I love wireless technology and this TV has my absolute approval.

Continously poor glitchy functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was a piece of junk. I returned it. The video would hang while the audio continued. The navigation was terrible. It would go to an app and just show a black screen. I had to back out and go back in to the app to get a picture. I repeatedly thought I could probably live with all the glitches but finally gave up and returned the TV.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is fabulous, the last Samsung I had lasted around 10 years before it went bad, and that's ample time for me considering the price I paid. With that being said the new 85” Samsung has a great picture, features keep me busy trying to use them all, or at least try them out, the brightness is perfect, along with the contrast, great color, and no matter where I'm sitting or standing in my living room I can view the screen from all angles and see a super picture! Thanks Samsung

Amazing TV for the price!

Best Viewing Experience For the Price

I've been buying nothing but Samsung Smart TV's and Monitors since 2010, so when it was time to upgrade my home theater system to go with our newly remodeled living room the 85" Crystal UHD had amazing resolution and refresh rate for an incredible viewing experience for the price point I was looking for.

Samsung tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great as is the sound the App Store is ok it take a while to get used to the navigation if your not used to Samsung. Other than that I'm having trouble with the tv no holding internet connection. Honest opinion great tv with great quality

If your TV is having trouble connecting to the network, the following steps may help resolve the issue: Signal & Setup Tips: 1. Check TV-to-router distance – Your TV should be within 50 feet of the modem or access point for reliable signal strength. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices and make sure there are no physical barriers (stone walls, fireplaces, appliances) between the TV and router. Power Cycle Devices: 3. Restart both your TV and router – Unplug both devices for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and allow them to reboot fully. Connection Type: 4. Evaluate your connection method – o If using Wi-Fi, move your router closer to the TV and eliminate any obstructions. o For a more stable connection, we strongly recommend using a wired Ethernet cable. o If already using Ethernet, verify the cable is working by testing it with another device. The visual quality is sharp, vibrant, and makes movies, sports, and gaming look amazing. I also love the personalized user settings that let you adjust the picture exactly how you like it. The automatic updates keep everything running smoothly without any hassle. One of my favorite features is being able to use my phone as a remote when I can't find the actual remote — super convenient! Overall, a great smart TV with excellent features and an easy-to-use experience.

Hmmm

It is unable to open the firestick upon turning on… I have to go to connected devices which is not what I want to do every time I turn on my TV. In addition, when I turn it off it also turns off my other Samsung tv…

Some issues I've found

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the tv, however it is difficult to set the tv's start up channel. I finally got it so I don't have to use 2 remotes to get to regular stations. I have Comcast remote & tv remote. Another issue is that every once in a 5, when I turn the tv on, there is no sound. It's a pain to get the tv remote and toggle through the options to get the sound back on. Outside of those flaws, the tv is ok.
