[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I am giving it a 2 start review is there are dark spots at the top of the tv and I have had it less than a year, I also don't like the delayed response when using the tv. The other models I have had were better and they started up like a gem and were super fast.

The picture quality is excellent. The brightness and contrast are great, and everything looks sharp and detailed in 4K. The TV is very responsive, and the AI upscaling does a great job making regular HD content look better. Overall, I’m very happy with the TV and would definitely recommend it.

I absolutely love this TV the color is absolutely amazing, design is A1, and the sound could not be better! You can do anything you need to entertainment wise.Its easy to use Bluetooth, download apps, browse the net. The ease of use is Amazing! Thanks samsung for your consistency in delivering A1 products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Samsung TV, and the phone for a while and it works perfectly. The screen is very clear, the battery easily lasts all day, and it handles all my daily apps without any lagging. Very satisfied with this device!

Generally okay, but it often pixelates briefly, which is bothersome on a six month old TV. It also buffers frequently, often within a few minutes of changing channels, but also at random times when the buffering has a longer duration. What could be the fixes for these problems?? It never happened on my older TV, which was replaced only because a larger screen was needed.

I am in my mid 80's. I find the remote impossible to useless. I have severe arthritis in my hands and did not the technical knowledge of the maker. Bought a universal remove. Log in process too complicated for an old man. Someday the techies will develop short termememory.

The responsiveness is slow, and everything about the tv s great in my personal opinion it that gets fixed I won’t even need a Apple TV to use on the tv itself I even use Samsung monitor for my gaming and that respond faster even at a base monitor the TV I have is. A QLED and higher model in most ways and still lacks the response time

For the price, this is a great TV. The picture quality is excellent, it's worked well in our bright room, and the UI seems to be responsive and with very little to no latency. The only issue I've had is that if you're using the apps via the UI, there are a few that tend to load very slowly, or sometimes not at all. YouTube TV and the MLB app are two that I have ongoing issues with. Otherwise, I'm enjoying this TV.

Have the tv for less than 2 months & the screen went black. Instead of Samsung replacing with a new unit it’s being “repaired”. Came on Monday & couldn’t fix so the service person took the tv to the shop. We may get it back by Friday. I’ve had to do all the coordinating & follow up. Completely disgusted with my experience.

The Tv often says I'm offline and I can't sign back in, I've had to unplug the TV twice to get back online even though my internet service is fine able to use my computer! Also sometimes it streams show and remaining times across the bottom of the screen don't know why it does that? Also disappointed there is no optical port to add a soundbar?? Tried to add one to my 32 inch TV in bedroom and couldn't even with extra adaptor cord I had to purchase.
