[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is a great tv, but I still like my old Samsung that died. It wasn't a smart tv and it never really never gave any trouble. The only thing I don't like about my new one is you can't turn it on without the remote. Great picture for only using over the air antenna. Streaming is great because i don't need to use my Roku any longer.

I I don’t like the fact that there’s an attempt to control using a TV by logging in, which is something I do not want to do Next: Access for accessories Power source is very limited. Next I use a cable service not Samsung play. I have owned Samsung TV for many many years in multiple homes and I do not appreciate the fact that. television attempts to control who used it by logins and results back to Samsung one turned off and turned back on therefore, I have decided to give this TV away and go back to my previous model

This TV was the best bang for your buck. The feature set alone was well worth it. Samsung is getting to be a sloppy company, latest updates renders this TV basically useless good contrast good sound this TV is very poor now at responsiveness after the last 2 software updates

I love my Samsung TV sharpness and color. It looks like the people jump out at you and it’s so crisp and clear and when a theme comes on with music is playing you can hear all the instruments in the background beautiful TV. Study the rest of the TVs and the Samsung is the best TV on the market.

I purchased the tv for my bedroom. I've been really impressed with the picture quality & contrast even in the sunlit room. I hooked it up to soundbar for atmos quality sound. Works great. The contrast and brightness are pretty good even in the daytime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 2-year-old 65-inch Samsung UHD TV, and I honestly didn’t realize how much of a difference a newer model would make until I started using this one. The interface is noticeably faster and more responsive than my previous TV, which makes navigating apps and settings much smoother. The QLED display is the biggest improvement for me. Colors are vibrant without looking overly saturated, the picture is crisp, and everything just looks more realistic. The contrast and brightness are especially impressive, and I immediately noticed more detail in both darker scenes and brightly lit content. The upscaling has also been surprisingly good. Even older shows and lower-resolution content look cleaner and sharper than they did on my previous TV. I wasn’t convinced I actually needed an upgrade, but after seeing the difference in picture quality, brightness, contrast, and overall performance, I’m very happy with the purchase.

I love my tv I upgraded from a lg and really glad I did. The picture is better more bright, the response when switchi g is much faster. KThe only thing I had trouble with was the fact they removed the optical port for audio. But my soundboard works great with rough the humidity cord.

Sometimes it works as it should, but then half the time it is unresponsive to pressing action on the various buttons. Another issue is when first turning on the device jumps to open some function other than what you wanted to select.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this T.V. for my Dad a few Christmases ago, did hours of research comparing models online against one another, wanted something that I could also plug my computer in to game with every so often and Read about how It was capable of utilizing G Sync and was a over all more gaming friendly T.V.s compared to other available models and It did game pretty good! Complaints would be the worthless Bixby voice to text being absolutely awful. I do also notice it get glitcy when watching fast motion video like football. And the Black contrast HDR is not the best and cannot play some HDR content .
