TV constantly loses connectivity. Please wait trying to re-connect. At times the picture freezes and I cannot turn off TV via remote. I have to unplug it from power source to get it to turn off. When plugged back in it re-boots to some goofy picture. However, at that point the remote will work to get me back to any channel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture and clear with Sony player 4k (DVD, blur ray and 4k ).,Apple Tv, Pluto tv, Tubi tv better than Lg 48 class oled 4k (120 hz ). Antenna channels picture quality super without problem. Lg tv 48 with antenna was horrible! My family had 4 Samsung tv was great . 15 years without problem .Samsung tv is best !!!

I love the display of the TV. My main concern is with the audio! The TV sits in the living room. In the living room, we have a box fan to circulate air in the room. When the box fan is on. I need to push the TV audio to around 75-85% to hear what is coming out. The problem is I don't understand why it needs to be that high, and I don't really feel the audio is that loud. I also have multiple Samsung TVs and Projectors. Most of them are hooked up to an audio unit that is Harmon or Samsung. Thus, this may be a problem for the TV, but it should be addressed. Video looking great is awesome, but a large part of the viewing experience is to hear what is also on the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the model QN65Q70RAFXZA which is 65" Class Q70R OLED SMART 4K UHD TV There is a consistent issue seen with this model where it restarts itself multiple timew after the TV is switched off by the remote which is very annoying. Is there a fix for this issue?

The television looks fantastic. Mounting it was a breeze. There are a lot of really great things about Samsung, application options about. Wish that the overall interface could be pared down to just the essentials for elderly users. Simple things like accentuating the highlighted icons more clearly would be useful. My parent-in-laws are thrilled with the size of the picture and visual quality. It took them a while to catch on to navigating the annoying main interface.

Didn’t realize a stand alone speaker system could not be attached with an optic cable and need to use a HDMI cable. Not liking it. Tends to vibrate loose and causes issues with the sound. Needed to table cable to the back of the TV with electrical tape. Aside from that the TV is awesome

So far the set is working well and excellent picture and sound. Initially, the apps and the different screens were a bit cumbersome and overwhelming. I wish there was a screen that you could save your frequently used or favorite apps in one easy to find location. This may exist already and maybe I just haven’t figured it out yet.

It is so limited on how little memory is actually on the TV for apps. Uniformity is scattered could use better organization.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV and perfect size for my space. I'm loyal to Samsung TVs and have been using them for years. I can't imagine using another TV Brand. I'm never a fan of the TV speakers nowadays but a Samsung soundbar fixes that very easily. The picture on the TV is just right for my family's preference. The auto-dimming of the brightness and the contrast is a fantastic feature when you're watching TV during the day vs. at night. The look of the TV in the room gives it a very upscale look... doesn't stick out and kind of blends with the room. The TV is super responsive to the cable box and Samsung soundbar. I'm very happy with this TV and recommend it.

Love the picture quality and the ease to navigate throughout the apps. Swapped out this TV with another TV purchased which I was so disappointed in and not happy. Now with my 65" Samsung I am happier and gladder I made the switch. Very well worth it.
