Have less than 125 hrs on unit. It will run approximately 15 -20 and then die. will crank right back but dies again. Authorized service centers are limited in my area in North La.

We bought this and were able to set it up easily and get it up and running quickly! Easy to move despite the weight. Only thing I would suggest is buying a larger funnel for oil.

I bought this because it can power most of my house and I can transport it to other properties when needed. Also it's way less expensive than a standalone generator.

Bought this a couple of months ago and just took it out of the box. Added oil & gas, charged the battery, and it started right up. Great remote start feature.

I bought this generator to run my house in case of power failure during the winter. It looks great. Got it all set up and it runs beautifully. Winter is here now and we haven't lost power yet but if we do I know I'll be ready for it!!

I just bought this generator last week and it has all the features I was looking for, a means of powering my house with 50 amps to power the refrigerator, freezer, lights and receptacles without the worry of overloading the unit.

Love the tri fuel option. Remote start is super convenient. Being able to buy parts for it to completely fix it is also nice. We’ll see how this goes. Haven’t even had it a month yet. But so far so good

Just purchased a week ago. Haven't had chance to try out yet, but like the fact that it has more features and power compared to older generator, also a remote start fob! I believe will get plenty of use out of this generator!

Generator was very easy to set up out of the box, wheels, and handle make it very convenient to move although I will be keeping it in place most of the time. Remote start is also a very convenient feature.
