Out of the box, it’s virtually completely assembled. Wheels are pretty much the only thing you have to put on The documentation/owners manual and the operating instructions that are on the generator itself are super easy to follow. This bad boys’s gonna keep the lights on and the AC chill!

This is my first generator as we live in an area with frequent power outages. I love the features and the fact it runs on 3 fuel types. Set up was a snap. The instructions are very clear and all tools, oil and other needed accessories were included. Once set up it started on the first try of the push button. Add to this the fact that it was delivered to my door several days sooner than promised. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase and I will recommend it to others.

I'm in process of getting my WGen up and running but have to call service for (2) questions before I continue. I have a good guess but want to be sure. 1) I have a fuse dangling in the wind, where does it attach to for stability. 2) The Pairing of the Key FOB is somewhat different then the instructions. But, it seems to works correctly, but the green LED around the Start/Stop button does not turn solid green as the instructions quotes.. ?? I'll make a final comment after I see it running. The upgrade to Natural Gas is OK, but, I only have total electric. One day I might move and have GAS.

I just received my unit a few days ago . All and all is a nice compact generator. I'm hoping it lasts as long as my last one- I got 20 years of faithful service from it. I see a few things that are going to require my attention. The sealant they put around a wire bundle fell off as soon as I inspected it . I sure don't want water to get in them ! Since I am an older person I needed help in lifting the unit to install the wheels and foot brackets . I can move it fairly easy considering it's weight. I just added the motor oil and charged the small starter battery. Tomorrow I will fire it up using the remote and If all goes well, I will run it and do a required break in on the system . That will be the true test .

After receiving estimates on whole-house generators, I ended up buying this Westinghouse Tri-Fuel with CO Sensor to utilize as a standby, instead. It was a wise choice. The Tri-Fuel opens up so many options and the quick push-button start, quiet operation, and healthy amount of power make it an outstanding value! I am so very pleased I made this decision. The Westinghouse is simply a top quality product, and the price, when considering the power and features, can't be beaten.

I purchased this for backup power for when the storms hit. Living in Michigan, I need the emergency power especially in the winter time. Its powerful enough to run my whole house. Its a great generator with tri fuel selection which is the way to go. I have it hooked up to natural gas and it runs great. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased this to power my 2500 sq ft house in Houston in case of power outages. I was drawn to this generator for it's low THD rating which I could not find elsewhere in this price range and wattage. It was easy to setup by myself and tested it off my natural gas line, worked great!

Great portable 56 amp output 240v generator, but Westinghouse only offers 2 ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches) rated at 20A and 30A. This WGen11500TFc generator puts out 56 amps so what Transfer switch is available for the typical Do-It-Yourselfer compatible with it? Westinghouse does say it is ATS compatible, but then disappoints.

Solid machine that makes it happen when most in need. Well built with nice options of push button or pull start and multiple fuel options. Running on propane avoids carburetor issues with gasoline and the opportunity to connect to my house manifold and larger tank.

Purchased this after storms took out power for 24 hours and will use to power the important things in our home until the power comes back. Compared to other generators I hear running when the power is out this one seems quieter and the construction is first grade. Tested all features and work as designed. Would recommend this generator to others looking to have a alternate power supply when the power goes out.
