I purchased this in August and it didn't work so returned it for a new one which I got and set up today. This one works perfectly.

Easy to assemble, prepare, and utilize. Fantastic options with the tri-fuel on this model. Easily runs everything on the house during an outage.

Nice to have remote start and Tri-Fuel options. Plus the THD is very low on this and won’t harm any of my sensitive electronics.

Generator came neatly packed and was easy to assemble. Instructions were very clear. The size of the generator was perfect for our emergency needs.

I haven't had time to use it. But it's new and I'm sure it will be just fine. Having to wait on the 50 amp generator cord.

The quick connect for the gas and propane lines did not pass enough gas flow. Once I bought new ones, unit operated properly.
