I bought after the hurricane and so glad I did. Ready for the next one so I won't be without power again.

I have not tried it yet, but it arrived undamaged and the way it is supposed to be. Tool kit included.

Starts right up with starter button, remote, and pull cord. Lots of features. Great price compared to other 13,000 watt generators.

Limited use so far however generator started up immediately ran smoothly, easy to use, good quality, happy with purchase so far

Love the 11500 westinghouse. Very powerful. You get a full 50 amps and power nearly as clean as an inverter.

Purchased and received within 5 days. Ez assembly, started on 1st attempt. Seems like a very solid unit. Ran much quieter than my Generac portable.

This generator was the best I could find for the money it is fuel fuel and it has wheels and fold up handle for easy transport

I purchased this in August and it didn't work so returned it for a new one which I got and set up today. This one works perfectly.

Easy to unpack and set up for use. I used propane for the start up and it was easy and quick. I have not tried the remote start yet.
