We purchased this item a few months ago & had the opportunity to use it last month. It was easy to use. We were able to have power in our home to the critical areas for a few hours until our service was turned back on. Very happy with the product!

Just assembled the generator parts (wheels and support stands) and started the engine break in period. The start-up directions for selecting which fuel source to use was not very clear, could use some clarification for the valve settings between gas and propane. Once the valve was set for propane the generator started without hesitation.

Bought my WGen10500TFC the later part of May as an emergency whole-home generator. I absolutely love it. It was easy to install. I truly appreciate the ability to use multiple fuel sources, gas, propane and natural gas. Another awesome feature is the three options to start the generator; remote start, psh-button start and pull start. Additionally, there are the multiple output options and ease of use. I am extremely excited about continually using this product during emergency power outage situation to supply power to my home. Great product!

After an exhaustive search for a portable generator big enough to run my entire house, I turned to my electrician who owns this model and uses it to power his house during an outage...pro tip; he also uses it daily in his business. I searched no more and purchased one for myself and couldn't be happier... 100 out of 100 Westinghouse!!

Was easy to get ready to use the first time. All I had to do was take it out of the box, but the wheels on, put the feet on, add the oil that came with it, add gas, and push the start button. You do need to remember to turn the gas valve on. My previous generator did not have the gas valve so this will take some getting used to. Other than that minor thing the generator does run smoothly and is actually quieter than the previous less power generator.

Had issues with power outages and decided to get a generator. Glad we did! Setting it up was easy and this thing has more than enough power during outages to keep the essentials going. Haven’t had any reliability issues or concerns. Love that there’s options for different fuels as well.

I just purchased this generator for a power back up during storms or power outages. I opted for the dual fuel but was upgraded to tri fuel which is a huge bonus! Thanks for that! After adding a quart of oil and a bit of gas it started up like a champ. I havent tried propane nor natural gas. But im sure itll do just fine. This thing is amazing. Not to mention having a push button start is a huge plus for me as well! I cant wait to actually push this thing to its full potential!

I have been researching for a while, and this generator, gives me an additional 1500 watts compared to their peers, and that exactly what I needed. The tri fuel option, really helps… now I can run primarily propane from a large tank, and regular propane tanks and gas for backup. Perfect for the upcoming hurricane season in Florida. Arrived in less than 2 days of ordering and started right up without issues.

So happy with my purchase as I live in Florida and we have a lot of hurricanes here this generator is enough to power my Whole house from a central AC unit to everything including my lights and plugs I have had other Westinghouse generators for work and they all have worked amazing I’m really excited to try this generator out this upcoming hurricane season

We are happy that we could prepare for our hurricane season this year. This generator is everything we were looking for. Especially the fuel options. We are planning on using propane but are thrilled that we can switch to gas if we want. Thank you Westinghouse for a great generator!
