We had a 5-day power outage, which is what prompted our buying this generator. After wiring and plumbing (natural gas), the unit itself was simple, powerful, and easy to use. Powered almost all the house and appliances! Simple to use and operate.

I order the wgen10500tfc and i like what i recived and the best part is remote start and have the option to switch fuel when we don't have Gas available . the Generator runs real good and outstanding .

I personally am not a fan of leaving reviews in exchange of free products because it creates bias. Doesn’t start as well as I expected for NG. May need to swap out the factory spark plug

Bought this tri fuel generator right after having some summer power outtages. Received the generator ahead of estimated delivery date, set up was an ease, and transporting from storage to patio was no problem.

We bought three of these. One for me, one for in-laws, one for neighbor. These ran like champs for all three homes during Hurricane Beryl. Hands down the best gen to get in this range and price.

Just got my generator. Only one I could find that could automatically turn on and keep my sump pumps and refrigerators running even if I'm not home. Natural gas, means I don't have to keep filling it with gas. So happy.

BOUGHT IT LAST WEEK IN JUNE. IT WAS DELIVERED 07/02/2024. EASY DIRECTIONS TO READ. PUT FEET AN WHEELS ON IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. GAS HER UP , PUT OIL IN HER. PUSH BUTTON TO CRANK, STARTED ON SECOND TRY. RUNS GREAT.

I’ve only had this generator for a few days but I’ve been able to test out the Trifuel system. Super simple and works great with each setting. I’m very happy with this product

Just received this last week and the shipping went well and I'm overall pretty impressed with the build quality and features. Hoping to get many years of use out of it.
