We just purchased on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday! Great start! It’s heavy and really a two man job to move the crate and unpack! It was so simple to add feet and wheels, adding oil was simple too! Following the instructions I used remote starter using propane and she fired up a dream! I was just about to show my wife when our power went out and I hooked up couple extension cords and got fridge and downstairs window a/c unit running in minutes!!! Proof it works and is needed! Thank you Lord!

We bought the wgen11500tfc . Unbonded filled with oil hooked to the natural gas . And it started right up . Slowly brought load like the breakin process said ran like a champ . Instructions were straight forward , wish there was a little more info on the BTU's running NG . And a typo on the instructions for switching to natural gas .

After installing the supports and wheels. We added fuel, hooked up battery and selected the fuel (gasoline). Hit the start Button. After a few seconds it starts turning over and stops. A few more seconds and it turns over again, no start. Repeat, no start. OH GREAT! Then I saw the small fuel shut off valve, once I opened that, she fired right up. We ran our camper for about two hours (about 2 gallons where added), with both a/c 's running. Ran smooth with Frequency/61, volts 220. Seems great! Will try the whole house soon.

We are in tormado prone and hurricane prone area of Mississippi, The last tornado made me realize that it doesn't take a total catastrophe to make life miserable. Electicity was out for a week or so. Bought this generator and got ready for next outage. My first useage made me happy with the purchase. It was easy to set up, start up and even with substantial heft was easy to move around. I ran propane and connected the things I want to work when electicity is out. ALL worked well. The price is suprisingly on point fo the quality. Looking forward to a transfer switch.

I have been searching for a generator that has multiple fuel options and this meets all my needs. Tri-fuel capabilities is a plus for my home. I live in an area that is prone to severe weather and having the ability to choose fuel based on availability’s, helps in the moments when options can be limited.

The Westinghouse generator appears to be well built, has much more useful features than the Generac generator, I owned ,which I had a lot of problems with and decided to go with Westinghouse especially since you have multiple fuel options. So far, no problems.

I bought this based on reviews. So many features. Easy to assemble. You can use propane or gas. It's my first generator. All I'll ever need. It came with all the accessories you need. Just add your fuel preference. Very easy to operate. Price was reasonable. Very happy.

I'm extremely happy with this unit! It come with everything you need, handle, easy to assamble tires and stabilizers, tools needed, oil, and battery and the remote starter makes it so convenient. This generator turns on effortlessly and it is fairly quiet. Great buy!!

Was easy to get ready to use the first time. All I had to do was take it out of the box, but the wheels on, put the feet on, add the oil that came with it, add gas, and push the start button. You do need to remember to turn the gas valve on. My previous generator did not have the gas valve so this will take some getting used to. Other than that minor thing the generator does run smoothly and is actually quieter than the previous less power generator.

I purchased this generator at the end of March of this year. Fortunately I haven’t had to use it but I do like the fact that it was packaged well and I received it with no damage. The generator seems to be well built and I think it will serve my family for years to come
