Just got this generator and it is not running very good. Also, the meter that tells you running hours keeps resetting to zero. Makes it kind of useless. Let's see if support is any help.

Everything was explain completely in an easy to understand format. I have never owned a generator before and it took very little time and hardly any effort to understand how to operate the unit

I purchased this gen as backup power source for our home in Texas. No storms since yet, but I have connected to interlock and nat gas source and it works great.

I purchased this in Jan 2025. Easy to assemble, very easy to start on Natural Gas as this is the fuel source I use. Direction somewhat vague to pair the key fob but I'll continue to try. Plenty enough power to power a house less Central AC.

Just purchased unit and after easy and quick assembly, it started on the first push of the start button. We lose power all the time in Houston, hope this generator holds up

I just received this generator about a week ago. Easy to follow instructions, tons of video online to help setting up the generator. I just ran for a 10 mins, tested and put it back but feel confident it is a solid item.

I had the 9500 for three years and it worked great on multiple occasions when we lost power. So, I decided to buy another Westinghouse when I upgrade to the larger 10500. These generators are sturdy and easy to operate with some basic instructions.
