Bought it because it is tornado season. The unit is transfer switch compatible. It has the ability to run everything I need it for. The price was comparable to others I had priced. The warranty was another reason for my decision

I purchase this after the derecho in Houston in May. It came in handy for Hurricane Beryl. Simple and efficient to use. I recommended to family and friends at the time of extended power loss. It powered my entire 2,000 sqft home including the A/C.

I'm having a 50 Amp Inlet installed along with a interlock on the circuit breaker panel to power my home in the case of power failure. This is going to be my go to.
