I bought this a month ago and am well pleased with it. I some dificulty getting it started at first since the directions are not clear at all. But once going it is great.

I Bought it after Beryl in texas, second generator same brand engine runs flawless in the first generator but too small to power the entire house, so I decided to upgrade for wgen11500 Tri fuel to power a 5 ton a/c with a soft start,

I bought a new generator Westinghouse because I lose power a lot not anymore because I have the security of knowing that I have the Westinghouse 13,500 W generator setting in my garage

The only reason so far I took 1 star away is because the O rings for the gas shut off was broken and leaked gas. Started generator up and it operated perfect.

This generator is powerful enough to run my whole house! I love I can plug it directly into my natural gas line and not worry about the city running out of gas or propane during hurricanes.. but nice to know I can use all 3!

Put together and it started right up on propane. Adding a port for LNG on my house, no more filing gas cans next power outage. Feature Rich and Ready for anything in a portable package.

I just updated my generator after seeing my parents Westinghouse generator. Compared to my previous generator, this one seems to be able to power all the necessary equipment/appliances that we would need in the event of a power outage.

I personally am not a fan of leaving reviews in exchange of free products because it creates bias. Doesn’t start as well as I expected for NG. May need to swap out the factory spark plug

Bought this unit for backup power for the house and was pleased with the easy setup and start up. The 14500TFc was the most powerful unit available for the money and features available.

The product provides all of my electrical contingency requirements. It also offers future switch-over capabilities. I also like the tri-fuel features.
