We experience outages in the Houston TX area from time to time during hurricane season and sometimes in the winter. Now that we have the generator we are prepared and excited to use it. Going through all the steps or setting it up have been easy.

I bought this generator about three weeks ago. Simple easy to use and the generators an absolute powerhouse. I wish I would’ve bought this two years ago.

I bought this little less then a month ago to power a camper and it works great, the remote keeps me from having to out to start it up. I did purchase the iGen5000DF which wasn't available to select in the registration menu please fix that.

I bought this product about a month ago and find out that battery wasn't charged properly after 24 hours been connected to the power outlet. Engine stops after running for a while and I saw error code on display: U242

I have a iGen2550. I got it to run my ice shack. It seems like a perfect little generator. Its light and did everything i asked of it. It did have a hard time starting in 12 degrees. Once it started it ran good and did the job.

My first impression was how well packaged and well built this unit it. It has all the features I was looking for in a generator. Very happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with all of the things that can be powered by this generator with 14,500 peak watts using gasoline. With hurricane season upon us again this will eliminate any inconvenience due to a power outage.

I needed an easy generator for me and my wife to start. This Generator fires right up and the best part is it comes with a key fob. Will make it so easy during power outages to have the lights and heat back on in minutes.

Very easy to set up and easy to get started. Runs like a horse. So many options for power out not to mention 3 fuels to run on. Have a tap on the back of the house for natural gas when its to cold to go get gasoline.
