Bought this as a backup for loss of power. I like the it has the 3 fuel options. Hooked it up to my gas line, however, I can take it to go camping when needed.

Runs smoothly and quietly (a level expected and nothing excessive). Still have yet to hook up the NatGas but LPG and gas works great. Remote doesn't seem as strong as I hoped but does the job.

Purchased Dec 2024. Boxed and protected.properly. Went together easily and started right up on propane. No power out of the outlets. Awaiting customer service help. Will update on quality of response.

Cut the box open and installed everything right on the cardboard, using boards to raise the frame to put on the tires and feet. There should be another instruction sheet to say how much oil should be left after refilling without over-filling.

We bought a lower tier generator for our house because the power has gone out over 10 times in the last 2 years we have lived here, and they gave us a free upgrade!

So far, so good! Set up was a breeze!!! Have not had to use it under power outage but, I did roll it (it is heavy!!!) out to the yard and ran an electric chainsaw....

I did the 5 hour break in, changed the oil and hooked up to my natural gas line. It powered my entire home including 3.5T AC (multi stage AC so it has a similar setup to "soft start" ). Very pleased after initial test

I haven't used it yet but it seems fairly well built. I intend to perform the maintenance as recommended and I'm hopeful that I'll get many years of quality service from the unit.

Easy to setup and start up. I had the natural gas hooked up and transfer switch installed. This solution is 1/5th of the cost than the whole house setup but still meets my needs when the power goes out.

Nice features & layout, Was disappointed that the online Brochure showed it came with an Natural gas line hose. The Manual indicated it did not, not a big deal as I can get one, but that had been a plus. As I plan to primaily run on natural gas.
