I bought this generator because of the tri-fuel option and the outstanding reviews it has received. We wanted one that could hook-up to our newly installed natural gas line. This one, also, included a 15 connector hose. This generator starts easily and is quieter than we expected. We haven't had an outage to try it on yet, but so far it looks and runs great.

My wife works from home. We recently moved into our new modular home, and unfortunately, have had some difficulty finding and determining which power company had jurisdiction of our area. She was due back "in the office" on the following Monday, and we were still 2 weeks away from getting power to our house. I had been looking for a gen in the event of an outage and I wanted something that could sustain all components in our home and stopped on this product. The previous reviews were pretty optimistic as well as the price point, and couldn't have been more pleased! After getting it home, put the wheels on it before moving it off the truck, unless you're able to lift a solid engine block by yourself, you're going to need another set of hands. I purchased a 30A cable and used propane to get it started, running the cord through the window. Even though gas apparently has a bit more kick for wattage, the price point can/will be higher at current prices. We did discover 1 30gal propane tank runs approx. 7.5-8 hrs. If I can offer 1 piece of advice in this review, CHEAT AND READ YOUR INSTRUCTIONS!!! The information is priceless, and the product was perfect right out of the box!!! Follow the maintenance plan for the break in period and the 1st oil change, and you should be fine. Needless to say, we were able to get my wife's office ready for Monday morning. Which was able to run 2 monitors, lg pc, printer, office equipment, etc.,the stove (she was excited to have power after glamping for 3+ weeks and had to try it). We didn't have a chance to run everything yet, but what was used, the gen was able to handle with ease. I would definitely recommend this product for it's "plug n play" performance.

bought this westinghouse tri fuel generator after hurricane beryl hit us in houston tx.after being without power for 3 days,l got it all set up to be used for natural gas and 50 amp inlet box..hope i wont need it any time soon but rest assured ill be ready for any category hurricane that come to Houston..

Received the unit in good shape, easy to assemble. Only issue is wheels seem misaligned (leaning inwards on the top). Feel like this is the weak link of the unit. There is also a red button on the backside of the control panel that is not listed in user manual at all. The unit fired up on the second start. Haven’t had to actually use the unit yet, but hopefully it is reliable. Seems promising.

Although this generator is heavy, it has large sturdy wheels and a fold up handle that makes it easier to move about. The instruction manual,(yes, you actually get a detailed manual in hardcopy) includes parts lists and circuit diagram. The instructions are easy to follow and well written. Nice to know that Westinghouse continues to provide quality products.

Generator was bought just in time for Hurricane season. The fact that it can be fed to 3 different sources of energy is really useful. It has the capacity to provide electricity to the whole house, including A/C Generator is easy to use, and it can be turn on/off remotely

I just received my generator two days ago. Unboxing was exciting. It comes with everything to assemble the wheels and the two legs. It even has a pouch with tools! It comes with a hose for natural gas and one hose for LP gas. Overall, it seems very well made; hopefully, I can try it soon. A friend of mine has one and he hasn't had any problems. That's why I bought mine. It has enough power to run my AC, refrigerator, and lights. Enough for an emergency.

Just received after ordering. Ordering was smooth and easy and was shipped quickly after it was backordered. Easy to put together and fired up on first try. I got the break-in period finished. This generator powered everything that I was hoping to on my house. So far it has been a great product.

Great price to run the house. After a 3 day outage this winter, we wanted something that would take care of the entire house. We were worried about a traditional generator with high THD, then we found this. Low THD at a much lower cost than an inverter generator.

I bough this generator just in time for hurricane Beryl in Texas. We lost power for 5 days and with this generator, a natural gas hookup and manual switching box I was able to keep my house running perfectly. Power outages are a thing of the past. It starts easily with the remote and is certainly user friendly.
