I have been wanting to buy a generator to use as a backup power source in the case we every have a power outage. After reading reviews and deciding on the appropriate wattage I selected this one and have been satisfied so far. I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet but it fired right up and seems to be of high quality.

Just received a couple days ago. Breaking it in as I write this. Starts and runs great. Pull start is tough. This things pretty big. Bought it because of tri-fuel (esp. NG), kW output and 50A outlet. Will be setting up for house hookup. Only issue was corroded neg batt terminal. Cleaned up - not a big deal. Time will tell how it holds up. Pleased so far.

I bought this generator and a week after we have a power outage that last 10 hours, was easy to setup and I just used my propano from my grill, I feed my refrigerator fans lamps and I gave an extension cord to my neighbor., work really good the entire time.

After Hurricane Helene wrecked Western NC, we installed a 50A transfer. As of now, after the 5 hour run break in, this generator is powering my well pump, 2.5 ton HVAC, 3 fridges, lights, modems! Absolutely thrilled and feeling more prepared. Way more affordable than other options. Great packing, easy setup. Can't speak to longevity but impressed so far.

I purchased this Westinghouse generator after doing months of research, and watching tons of youtube videos. The generator was simple to setup and easy to start. I will be building an enclosed cover with hookups to our permanent propane tank and the house electric panel.

I set this up to run on natural gas. At first it ran rough and then wouldn't start at all. After examining the spark plug, it was found to be loose. After tightening, it started right up and ran fine. Overall, this is a great generator. It would have been nice to include some information about the natural gas supply line requirements. I used a 1/2' black pipe line about 50 feet long. I don't know the pressure at my house.

Will be using this generator for home backup. Ran it on Propane for the break in period with no issues. Getting Natural gas hookups and transfer switch installed very soon. No issues with this generator. Also getting Soft Start installed on my Central Air Unit.

Ordered online and it was dropped off a week later. Very nicely packaged and easy to assemble. Added oil and gas and pushed the electric start and started right up. Very simple and easy and a lot of power in a small package with lot of features. Nice product.

Just bought this generator and it fired right up after adding oil of course. I bought it because we get frequent power outages and I need to have power to run sump pump, septic pump, and well pump. This 11500 kW should easily handle this plus run frig and a few rooms. Very affordable for a tri-fuel compared to other brands.

Received generator and currently setting up transfer to power home. Set up was quick and fired right up with propane connection. Gas hose is not fitting to 1/2 connection as advertised so maybe faulty hose fitting but one star reduction for that only
