We were gifted the generator and about a month later we lost power for 48 hours, not once but twice. It was so easy to setup and start, and it kept running through the night. Living in a rural area you never know how long you will be without power. It was the best gift!

Can’t beat all the features for the price of this generator. It will do more than you possible need. A bit a small quality control issues from their assembly like improperly installed battery and loose wires but only a 5 min fix. Just make sure your current natural gas supply can handle this. I had a feeling mine wouldn’t and it would require an upgrade of the gas meter from the gas company at my expense. Otherwise this is the generator you want.

I was pleased to find this Tri-Fuel generator. I had a Dewalt 7000 that only used gasoline and in the last power outage that lasted a week I had to find fuel every 8-10 hours. Now with the NG or propane fuel hookup and lines provided it can be hooked up to the house for non-stop use.

Generator was delivered in great condition with easy instructions on assembling. I love that the unit includes a push button and the remote for easy startup. And the multiple fuel options is a plus. While the product is heavy, the strong durability of the wheels makes it easy to move the generator around. Owning this product to provide sufficient power to my appliances in the home will put my mind at ease for upcoming hurricane season.

It was obvious that a lot of thought and experience went into packing and making user set up as intutitive and as easy as possible. If the same impressive engineering went into the design of the generator, then we should be good to go. We have not started the generator yet since not sure if want to leave oil set in it. Bought this tri fuel so would not have issues with gasoline going bad or having to drain it and yet, if ever need to use gasoline as a last resort, we have that option. P.S. If left a review based on getting the online warranty to form to accept my info, then I would have left a 1 star since had to refill numerous times i.e. really really hope generator engineers are better than the web guys.

I bought this in North Carolina but spend a lot of time in Florida too. EVERYTHING you need to get started, except fuel, is included and you can have it up and running quickly. I love the tri-fuel options and power. This blows away anything I saw my neighbors using after the hurricanes in Florida. If power is out, the gas stations will be closed. I've got the options of using propane and natural gas.

This portable generator was intended to be used for long term "storm" related power outages. We tend to have anywhere from 8 hours to 3 days outages due to hurricanes. I have come to realize how versitile this Tri source generator is to provide power. I had a nipple added to my natural gas coming into the house, I already have 5 bottles of propane (from various resources), and have tried out the generator with those sources. It works great and is no louder than a normal conversation (85 decibals). This is a large unit, but with the wheels and extension bar for moving it around it is not such a big deal.

Received this a few weeks ago, I haven't used it yet since there was a lot of new electrical work that was needed before I could test this out. It looks sturdy and I like the fact there is multiple options for fuel. Will leave an updated review when I put this to use, hoping not too soon since I prefer not to be in a power outage.

In September 2020, I purchased my first Westinghouse generator (WGen9500). It arrived and I set it up, tested it, and put it away. Three days later, Hurricane Sally hit the Gulf coast and my power was out, so I had to put the new generator to the test. Thankfully, it performed flawlessly and, has gotten us through several multi-day outages since. My only regret was I should have purchased something a little more powerful to properly run all the stuff that I wanted/needed. In May of this year (2024), we had another storm that knocked out power for my house, my son's house, and my daughter's house. After sharing my generator around to keep refigerators and freezers cold, and with the predictions of the hurricane center for storms this year, I decided to go ahead and upgrade to the WGen11500TFc. So, I am giving my curent WGen9500 to my son for his house. Then I purchased a WGen 9500DF for my daughter and her family so we all ought to be protected from power outages. While I am not wishing a bad storm on myself, I look forward to seeing how the 11500TFc performs under load. My WGen 9500 has never failed me and I had an additional peace of mind with the 3 year warranty that my investment was safe. A quality product, that performs when needed, and an industry leading 3 year warranty. Why buy anything else?
