This is my first portable generator. Once I follow directions, it started up right away. For the price and the power this has this is by far the best portable generator you can get for the money. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Hopefully, I never have to use it, but I know it will work when the power goes out.

Bought this for necessity operation during strong Maine winter storms. Needed a generator that could power the essentials such as sump pump, refrigerator, and boiler. This does it all and the tri- fuel feature is a big plus. Would recommend this generator.

I ordered the Westinghouse Generator and it arrived in 2 days. Everything was exactly as the ad promised, Less than 30 minutes to remove from the packing and 20 minutes to “start-up”. The generator started the first time I pushed the start button. I am very happy I purchased the WGen10500TFc Westinghouse generator

I bought this generator to replace a much smaller, simpler gasoline generator. The flexible tri-fuel option is great. It's so much easier to grab a propane tank in a pinch and not have to worry about gasoline going bad. The set-up was fast and it fired up right away after adding oil.

I just bought this generator a few days ago and when I got home and unpacked it I discovered that it was very well packaged. The instructions clear and what really amazed me was how easy the engine started. I tested the generator with a fan (basically no load) and it worked.

Just got transfer switch hooked up to my panel with 50amp plug on outside of house. Started generator up using propane. This was so easy and powered up everything in the house. I’ll be ready for next power outage. This generator is a Beast, well built!!!

I purchased this knowing it is more than I needed but I won't have to purchase anything bigger, Initially the first start up was a bit problematic since I connected to NG for fuel but once started it didn't hardly flinch when given a 1500 watt load and straight out of the box assembly what little there is (wheels and front legs) was simple and straight forward with the supplied wrenches. I would recommend this power unit for anyone.

With uncertain times, some weather, some power grid some political, having the security of being able to power my home, not if but when things fail is a great relief. I see it like insurance, hate to pay for it, but so glad to have it when you need it. Being that this is a tri fuel I have it plumbed into the house supply, awesome! But if needed I can run it on propane, of gasoline. So no matter the situation I have my home and family prepared.

Recently put in a Transfer Switch and needed a 'compatible' home generator with 50amp receptacle. The Westinghouse WGen11500TFc checked all my boxes and then some. Very reasonably priced for the power it deliveres and the features it offers. I have not needed to operate it during a power outage, but so far it does what it was intended to do. My only knock would be that I wish it (and most generators like it ) were not nearly as loud.

Unit arrived well packaged and free of damages. Instructions for assembly were well documented and assembly was without incident. Unit appears to be well made and while at time of this writing the unit is still only being used in break-in operation, everything met or exceeded my expectations.
