I recently received the 115000tfc generator shortly after placing the order. It arrived quickly with no issues or cosmetic defects. I purchased it because of its power output when using Natural Gas. Many other units don’t have enough power when running natural gas to replace using Gasoline or Propane. Looking forward to not needing to run out and find gas or propane after a storm since I’ll have it directly hooked up to my house.

We had gotten quotes on a whole house back up gen. This was a lot cheaper and portable so if we move we can take it with us and will power out house. Delivery was faster than expected. It was easy to put together and I had it assembled and running in about 15 minutes. Everything seems to be of solid quality. Started on the first try and ran great..tested a few electrical devices on the 110 outlets and it works as it should. Anxious to get it hooked up to the house next. Very happy with it and the experience overall..We wanted a trim fuel and went with this brand due to the numerous great reviews online and on you tube as well as consumer reports..

This generator was easy to assembly and started right up with following the quick start guide. Gives a piece of mind while living in an area that is becoming thunderstorm and tornado prone. The ability to use 3 different fuels will come in handy if specific fuels becomes unavailable. For the price, there isn't anyone better.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but happy it came with the hoses, wheel kit, assembly tool set, and even oil and funnel. Other generators nickel and dime for all of the accessories. Looks well built with lots of features, looking forward to using it!

After researching found the Westinghouse WGen11500TFc had the features, power and price point I was looking for. The THD is < 5% +-. The tri fuel let me use the natural gas option to hook up to the houses natural gas line not having to worry about running out of fuel at night also not having to store 5-10 gal. of gasoline at all times. Have propane until natural gas line can be hooked up. Unit was packed well and had no damage. Added the supplied startup oil to the engine. Connected the battery cables and turned battery on at control panel. Hooked up the propane with supplied hose. Turned fuel selector to Propane. Pressed and held START button and the unit started right up. Ran unit for 1 hr. with varying electrical loads. Will change engine oil after 5 hr. I have no complaints with this Westinghouse WGen11500TFc unit.

I brought the Westinghouse 14500 Peak Watt Tri-Fuel Home Backup Portable Generator. I have to say, I’m so glad I went with the Westing House. It does everything I wanted it to. It was remote start, and is TransferSwitch Ready. I’m proud to own one these.

Assembly was simple. Swapped stock spark plug for an approved replacement immediately as I read issues with the included spark plug. Started first try on propane. The included natural gas hose (1/2") is nice but I don't think it's sufficient for the length of the hose due to pressure drop. I will likely get something bigger to supply adequate natural gas to the unit.

Bought a month ago. Upgrading from current west Ing house 7000w gen. well balanced easy to maneuver. Clear instructions and easy set up! Started right up. Try fuel is awesome feature. Battery charger a huge plus. Very pleased with the unit. Wgen10500tfc

Bought this to use as a temp power unit for our well while under construction and to help with charging our rv back up on low sun days. First hour everything works as should. Love the fact that we can run on multiple different types of fuel, the remote start feature and the multiple different plug ports.

Got this generator as a christmats gift from my son.. Finally got it setup and running. Getting natural gas set up was a problem, but we worked it out with an extra gas regulator to generator. Stars and run like a champ. Hocked it up to the house and doesn't seem to think about different loads. Remote start is nice.
