This generator is the best one I’ve owned. It is powerfull and very well constructed. The quality is second to none. For a unit this size it is quiet and easy to operate. I live in south Louisiana so I have been using generators all of my adult life. Haven’t had to use this one in a storm yet and hope I never do but I know it will handle the job

I live in area that was directly impacted by Hurricane Helene. It quickly became apparent that we needed a more robust generator. This is a nice looking machine and I think it will get the job done, as our power is likely to go out often due to damaged lines.

We bought this for emergency use when the power is out and could not be happier with it. It's great looking and looks to be well thought out and it came with a NG hose and a LP gas hose and regulator too. We love that it came with wrenches and a spark plug socket in it's own little pouch and that it has a remote start key fob! We filled it with the supplied oil and hooked it up to a Propane tank and switched the selector to propane and started it. It came to life quickly and ran excellent. I plugged a fan into it and turned it on and can find no fault with it this generator whatsoever. I think this generator is a real beast and will serve us well for many years. I bought this unit because of name recognition, and I was not disappointed. The unit is very solidly built. I opted for the TFc model because of not only flexibility of fuel but because power rating on propane. I was pleased with the boxing of the unit and ease of setting it up. Having connections made next week and looking forward to firing it. All in all I would give this generator a very satisfactory rating and already recommended to a neighbor.

We purchased this generator after losing power twice in two weeks during the CA fires. SCE turned off our power even though we were not even remotely close to any fires. We had an electrician prepare the connection for our electric panel. Now we feel more prepared in case of an emergency. We picked generator because it can run off or gasoline, propane or natural gas. Have not used it yet.

I needed a generator because our power grid is threatened with every hard blow of wind, but I just cannot afford a whole-house install. This generator is close enough to that, and MUCH cheaper. There is an option to connect to my Natural Gas line, there is a remote start option (with key fob) and it is small enough that it didn't require a contractor to build a base to place it. I hired a retired, insured, bonded and licensed electrician to hook everything up for me, and it only took him a few hours spaced over a few days. ( He did create a concrete pad to get it off the ground for me, and it is semi-attached to my patio, so if anyone needed to get to any underground lines, it can be removed at little to no cost or effort). The wattage is enough to run my HVAC, and my lights, which is plenty for me when the power goes out for shorter periods. This generator WILL run for long periods, but they recommend you do not run non-stop for days. Plus, that would get expensive with NG hookup. It also comes with connection options for a propane tank, and it has a gasoline tank with a convenient drainage line for any that is left over. The instructions are very clear as are the safety warnings. Read Them. I almost cannot wait for the power to go out, so I can see how it will function !

Received the unit in good shape, easy to assemble. Only issue is wheels seem misaligned (leaning inwards on the top). Feel like this is the weak link of the unit. There is also a red button on the backside of the control panel that is not listed in user manual at all. The unit fired up on the second start. Haven’t had to actually use the unit yet, but hopefully it is reliable. Seems promising.

This unit can run the whole house if need be. I live in an area prone to hurricanes and power outages and now I have some peace of mind. Every electrician I talked to recommended this unit. It can take 3 kinds of fuel, and has enough power to keep us going. Glad I made the purchase.

It was obvious that a lot of thought and experience went into packing and making user set up as intutitive and as easy as possible. If the same impressive engineering went into the design of the generator, then we should be good to go. We have not started the generator yet since not sure if want to leave oil set in it. Bought this tri fuel so would not have issues with gasoline going bad or having to drain it and yet, if ever need to use gasoline as a last resort, we have that option. P.S. If left a review based on getting the online warranty to form to accept my info, then I would have left a 1 star since had to refill numerous times i.e. really really hope generator engineers are better than the web guys.
