Just bought this generator and it fired right up after adding oil of course. I bought it because we get frequent power outages and I need to have power to run sump pump, septic pump, and well pump. This 11500 kW should easily handle this plus run frig and a few rooms. Very affordable for a tri-fuel compared to other brands.

Bought this almost 9 months ago and recently needed it after a power outage. I was worried after it did not start using NG, but after the third push of the electric start, it fired right up and kept our deep freezer and refrigerator cool with fans and light running on the main floor until the power was restored.

Just received my Generator and very impressed with the quality of the unit. I have not run the unit as of yet but just at the craftsmanship of this unit it should run like a dream. I’m amazed how back up Generators have come. No doubt Westinghouse is a leader after researching for lest a year they are the best. That’s why I bought theirs.

I live in Houston and just had everything set up for my 1500 sqft townhome yesterday before Beryl hit today. This generator powers my whole house PLUS the AC!! I'm running it on a 40lb propane tank. Turned it on this morning at 10:30 am and other than the noise, everything is working great for me! So happy I finally got this done!!!

They did a great job protecting this generator for shipping. This generator was my choice for a lot of reasons, but mainly the fact that it can run on three different fuel sources and the Low Total Harmonic Distortion rating of <5%. Also already included are all the connection hoses for running on LPG or natural gas. The other features like remote start and visible fuel gauge are great. I will be installing an external exhaust kit to allow me to run the generator inside my garage but route the fumes outside, so the built in CO2 sensor will provide additional safety.

Bought this 2 days ago after 4 days of no power. This is a heavy but quiet generator. Only have to assemble the front legs, wheels and plug in the battery connectors. Ran it for 2 hours on a gallon of gas with no load and it ran well. Only complaint is the location of the oil fill / check location. It is underneath and behind the battery power cables. These cables are heavy duty and very stiff. Even with the funnel that comes with the machine it is not easy to fill or check the oil level.

After reading a lot of reviews I decided to buy this model and so far it has met my expectations. I ran it for 6 hours during the break in period and let it run my entire house plus my 5 ton AC (equipped with a soft start) and it performed effortlessly. It is well built, easy to put together, great user manual and seems built for the long haul...time will tell...but so far so good.

I live in Florida and have weathered four hurricanes, so I really researched generators before making a purchase decision. The Westinghouse WGen10500TFc stood out as a real value for its power and tri-fuel options, and of course the reliability and quality of Westinghouse!

I have had this unit a little over a week. The setup was super easy. Add the feet, tires, and supplied oil and it's ready to go. I've ran it for 5 hours for the break in period with no issues at all. It ran perfectly. I'm now ready for the next power outage.

Purchased this generator about a month ago right after Helene. I have used it several times with Propane; started right up on first try. Remote start fob is great! In a power loss situation, I plan to run it off natural gas we have at the house and run the electrical service through a manual transfer switch. With the 50 amp service, I can run most of my house. Also with the 50 amp output, I can run my welder. Build quality is excellent. It is heavy duty and also heavy. Assembly instructions were straightforward. Shipping was fast and easy with a liftgate service. The operations manual and other maintenance literature definitely sets you up for success.
