Purchased the Wgen10500 to power my house during power outages. Living in south Louisiana this is a must during hurricane season. With a soft start on the A/C it is big enough to power the entire home. The best part is it can run on gasoline propane or natural gas. It even has a battery maintainer. I did a lot of research before buying and this was the best value out there.

This is a great generator, came quickly and packaged perfectly. Easy to set up and get started with thorough instructions. Very happy that it can run on natural gas and will get my family through power outages. A generator like this is a must in states like Texas.

I bought this generator after Hurricane Beryl. I spilled too much gasoline in the dark and decided I wanted to sleep through the night during outages. This runs 85% of my home through a 50amp cord and interlock switch. If you have any doubts, you will not be disappointed.

we have used power generators from other manufacturers in the past and when I purchased the Westinghouse genarator I was blown away at all the features and accessories that come with the wgen11500tfc. so much power and reliablity I can't understand how they do it at the price point. I have been wanting to buy a generator to use as a backup power source in the case we every have a power outage. After reading reviews and deciding on the appropriate wattage I selected this one and have been satisfied so far. I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet but it fired right up and seems to be of high quality.

Just unboxed the generator and it was packaged nicely on a pallet and there was no damage. I am happy to be prepared for our next big power outage in Houston, TX. No more going to hotels because we don’t have power. I will update this review once I use the unit.

Unfortunately we are out of power as we speak due to all these storms but we bought this generator and made a transfer switch and now we are able to run the whole house. The generator is amazing, I love the key fob and push button start. The ability to use tri fuel setup is very helpful when it’s hard to get one fuel source. The large wheels made it a breeze to move around. The cost is cheap compared to other brands for similar size. For anyone wanting to run their central AC make sure you install a hard start on your condenser. It lowers the amps on start up.

I live in Katy and occasionally we loose power during the summer and maybe winter. So after looking at the competitors prices for the same item I decided on the Westinghouse brand and a neighbor also recommended it. I had a shed built for my generator but haven’t had to use it yet. But I have the natural gas and 50amp line installed so I should be ready. I love the price which was $700 cheaper than the competition.

Purchased after our last 3 day power outage. The Westinghouse replaced our Honda 10000 generator that was 5 years old. The new Westinghouse is quieter. It was plug and play into the home circuit we had installed for the Honda. The best option was the propane fuel option. I am very satisfied with the generator and the purchase process with HD.
