Wish I would have bought this Brand and model the first time. This is my second generator. The first one I had major trouble starting. After reading the great reviews on Westinghouse Generators, I decided to purchase one. All I can say is great quality, easy to start and runs quiet compared to the other brand I previous owned.

I bought this generator a few days ago. The starting options are great, pull start, push button start and remote key fob start. This unit has a 9.5 gallon gas tank and can run for 19 hrs awesome! It was easy to set up just install foot pads and wheels and connect battery wires and you are ready to go. The 3 fuel options are awesome, gas, propane and natural gas. I would recommend this generator to anyone. 10 out of 10!!!!!

I bought this item a month ago. Pulled it out of the box, attached the wheels and supports in 10 minutes and hooked it up to a propane tank and the engine fired right up. Easy to assemble and use. I now have an electrician and plumber preparing to install my 50AMP Plug and Interlock system on the electrical panel. Plumber will also add the quick disconnect to my gas line. Looking forward to putting this beast to use during the next power outage.

I purchased this generator to supply power to our house due to increasingly common preplanned power outages by the energy company. I just finished assembling and testing this generator, and so far I'm quite pleased with the unit. Assembly was straightforward and the directions in the service manual were well written and clear. The onboard battery arrived pre-charged, so after adding the supplied oil, and connecting the generator to our propane BBQ tank with the supplied propane line, the generator started right up. Using a separately purchased 50amp rated power cord and manual transfer switch, we hooked the generator to the home's electrical, and started receiving good consistant power to the house. I'm quite happy with the generator and would highly recommend.

Great backup generator Powers everything I need for 3000 ft² home only disappointing thing it did not come with a 25 ft hose it came with a 15 ft hose so now I have to adjust my installation plans Make sure you keep that in mind when purchasing this generator. Otherwise works really good easy to set up easy to run

I bought this generator recently and I am very happy with the purchase. The packing and documentation were very good. Upon unboxing, the generator looks sturdy and quality built. I like the versatility of it being 3-fuel. With the 50-amp, 240-volt outlet, and proper set-up, it will power all essential appliances in my house during power outages, including my air conditioner. I expect that it will last for years of service.

Should operate smoother with 550cc vs 500cc engine. Easy connection to existing electrical box with Transfer Switch/50Amp plug and existing natural gas line. High quality at a reasonable price. I LIVE IN THE COLORADO MOUNTAINS AT 10,000 FEET UP. THIS WORKS GREAT AT THIS ELEVATION. WE HAVE POWER OUTAGES THATY CAN LAST UP TO A WEEK. I HAVE TRIED IT OUT AND IT STARTS FLAWLESSLY. IT RUNS OFF OF GAS AND PROPANE WHIS IS PERFECT FOR US UP HERE! I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I had a lower power tri-fuel generator running off natural gas and connecting to the house thru a transfer switch. It would not handle the air conditioner load (a 5 ton middle-aged unit). I replaced it with this one and it has the power for the whole house, including the AC. Very pleased.

I just received generator after ordering over a month ago , All is complete and easy to assemble . The one thing NOT mentioned in "start up procedure' was to TURN the BATTERY switch on . That had me going for a while . Also will remember to turn battery OFF when not running in storage as figure that over time without included charger the battery indicator light would run battery down .
