Having lived through power outages caused by hurricanes, freeze events and strong storms a portable generator made sense to me. Especially because Texas has a notoriously unreliable electric grid. I like the tri-fuel option because gasoline is very difficult to obtain when large scale power outages occur. I plan to run this on natural gas and hook it up to my house main electrical panel via a transfer switch. I will be able to power most of my home with this generator, including the air conditioning system.

Received the generator in absolutely great condition. by truck and the driver placed it in my garage. Easy set up instructions. I,m going to use Natural Gas but used propane to start it up. It fired right off and ran great, I have set it up in a small resin garbage can storage unit and plan to hook it up as a home backup. I had to take the wheels off to make it fit inside, I still have to vent the exhaust and add several more air vents. This generator is well designed and the manual is well written. A lot of power and flexibity at a great price.

We live in FL, power outages are something we have to deal with every hurricane season we have not had to use this Generator yet but after extensive research I believe this Generator will do everything I ask it to do. Looks to be well built and user friendly.

I purchased this unit to use as a whole home power source in Florida when we loose power after a hurricane for a 2500 sq foot home. Unit arrived within a few days of ordering. I picked this because I am going to run on natural gas and I do not have to keep worrying about filling gas cans to have in reserve. Instructions were clear also included all the necessary hoses. I am mid 60's and was a little worried about the weight and moving around but unit is easily movable with the wheels , I can certainly manage no problem. Have unit set up , going through break in process. I am comfortable unit will easily power AC unit and other necessary items. Purchased the unit because of established brand, included all the necessary accessories and was a competitive price, includes a great warranty . Very happy with unit.

I havent used the generator yet, it seems great but impossible to leave a meaningful review ahead of using it, however i do want the bonus item and i will come back and edit/update this review after using it for a period long enough to determine its value for money

Great packaging, the generator and supplies arrives in perfect condition. Appreciate the thorough documentation, especially the maintenance and quick start guides. Only took a few steps to get the generator set up and it started right up (on gasoline) without hesitation.

I bought this after a recent hurricane. My old generator ran well, but it is too small except for the refrigerator and well pump at once. The WGEN11500TFC is rated to power all but my central AC without issues. The ability to run on natural gas or propane is what made me choose this model.

This is a perfect backup generator if you do not have natural gas in your area. I bought it for the frequent power outages. We have due to weather. 11,500 W is more than enough to run my whole house with the exception of my hot water heater. I was able to hook up ahit face with my circuit panel and use an interlock for safety. Hit face with my circuit panel and use an interlock for safety. The unit has many nice features, Assembly only took a few minutes. Added the engine oil and fuel, and it fired right up.

I bought this generator a few days ago. The starting options are great, pull start, push button start and remote key fob start. This unit has a 9.5 gallon gas tank and can run for 19 hrs awesome! It was easy to set up just install foot pads and wheels and connect battery wires and you are ready to go. The 3 fuel options are awesome, gas, propane and natural gas. I would recommend this generator to anyone. 10 out of 10!!!!!

Brand new out the box. Set up easy,charged the battery. Started on second try,ran about 7 minutes shut down,started it again runs for about seven to ten minutes shuts down. Runs three minutes on Propane shuts down.. Called customer care got a case number,called all week. Have not heard from anybody as of yet.
