I bought this generator over a month ago, and when we put it together the instructions were easy to read and understand compared to other generators.

Only wish so far would be to get a NGK or other high end plug specified for the generator. Other than that, the generator started up, ran in the rain

All three ways to start the generator are easy to use, so if one ever goes out there's no rush for it to be repaired/ replaced.

Just bought this generator, getting ready for hurricane season. Have not used it yet, but it appears to be a well build generator.

We bought the smaller one last year did a pole barn this so we got this it’s amazing what it can control

This won’t help me in an emergency. I haven’t been able to keep it running for more than a minute. Brand new.

I purchased for protection against power outages due to weather here in florida and i am very satisfied with the product.

I was very happy to see how fast it fired after setting it up out of the box. Its replacing an 8500.
