I must say honestly this is by far superior in so many ways to my other generator. Westinghouse has out done themselves, today you rarely find a company or product that produces a finishes product like this WGen11500Tfc generator. They have made sure it is equipped with a CO sensor with auto shut down, push button remote start and shut off, built in VFT meter giving you important info during operation and so much more. It is built like a tank weighing approximately 230 lbs. Also TRI fuel capable which is awesome when things happen unexpectedly being able to use your BBQ propane tank if you cannot get gas right away is a huge advantage in my opinion. There are so many other features this Generator has that you need to look into if you are looking for a top-quality Generator with a long-time company reputation like Westinghouse. The unit was difficult to start initially. After getting it started, however, it has been running well. Broke engine in for about five hours total and it is running very smoothly. The battery seemed low initially (it has been fairly cold) and after hooking up the tender to it for a few hours it seemed fine.

Extremely happy so far ordered it got it within 5 days. had an up and running in an hour. Easy assembly quality. parts, sturdy frame. It'll run my whole house in case of emergency portable. So far I love this machine. Good job. Westinghouse. Hootie. Who?

I bought this July 13th This Baby weighs over 200 LBS ITs actually Beautiful for a big machine as this. The problem is I'm waiting for a friend to HELP me get it set up. I'm 78 yrs old and I cannot lift this weight to Put the wheels on without help, otherwise it looks good for now.

We bought this generator a few weeks ago and we have loved it! It is extremely easy to use and the instructions it comes with covers any and all questions you may have! We really love that there are 3 options to start it, the pull start, the push start and the key fob! It is also incredibly easy to move around. No complaints!

I bought this generator as complete back up to my home as well as for camping. The build quality appears to be top notch and very sturdy. I like the tri-fuel option since I do have natural gas at my home which would let me run this for very long periods if needed. The electric start feature is a must for me. I can now understand why so many people rate Westinghouse generators so highly!

I just ran this generator for approximately 30 hours after hurricane Milton came through in south Florida. What a beast. Ran 3 ton ac with no problem. Just received it 4 days before I needed it. Easy assembly, ran through break in period and put it to the test 3 days later. Even had to do an oil change during the process.

Bought this unit because of 3 factors, low THD level, tri-fuel ability and KW capacity at the lowest kw fuel choice (NG=9KW). Really a great unit, started up and ran great on NG right out of the box. I enhanced the unit with: 3/4”NG hose at my meter and piped down to 1/2” quick connect at generator quick link fitting. swapped out spark plug to a NGKBPR6E and lubed the top of the cylinder with a couple of drops of Lucus treatment prior to break in. Broke in an hour, unburdened with load then changed the oil. Ran the second hour with 4200kw load and then changed the oil again. I’m all ready for a power out situation with this beast. It measured 90 deceb at source then 70 deceb about 15’ away. Dropped down to 45deceb inside my house. This is your best solution, if you can get one: THD below 5% so no harm to any electronics(central heater compute board, water heater, TVs, well pump, sewer grinder, etc). I needed at least 8500 watts to run my well pump, sewer grinder, gas heater, gas water heater, gas stove top, tvs, modem & router, LED lights while using natural gas as a fuel source - this unit does it awe don’t have a lot of power outages but I’m prepping for the impending surprise power outage strike.

The Westinghouse generator appears to be well built, has much more useful features than the Generac generator, I owned ,which I had a lot of problems with and decided to go with Westinghouse especially since you have multiple fuel options. So far, no problems.
